Story
Darby tested negative for both FELV and FIV when he was a kitten. After he got adopted, he ran a very high fever and his adopter took him to her veterinarian. He tested FIV POSITIVE then and the vet recommended euthanasia but the adopter and Kathy Carlson said no and Kathy took him home and nursed him back to health. Darby was returned to his adopter but she developed allergies to Darby and returned him to the rescue.   Darby had to have all of his teeth removed due to severe stomatitis. Darby developed DRY/Neurological FIP and started his FIP GS Treatment on February 8, 2023 and finished his GS Treatment on May 2, 2023. Darby was deemed CURED of FIP on July 26, 2023! April 20, 2024, 12:19 am

Story
Duchess and her 3 kittens were initially fostered by Kathy Carlson. Then in January 2018, Miss Antionette (Toni) Bagaglio fostered Duchess for 5 years until January 2023. Angela Kee Kennedy got a call from Miss Toni’s brother and sister-in-law and was told that Miss Toni’s dementia was quickly getting much worse and that Miss Toni would not be able to return home from the hospital/rehab facility she had been in due to her severe dementia and getting the Corona virus called COVID. So Kathy Carlson and Emily Clark met Miss Toni’s sister-in-law at Miss Toni’s house in Arlington and got Duchess on 1-26-23 and Kathy Carlson was fostering her briefly.    I'm Duchess and I'm ready for the royal treatment with a human of my own!  I was rescued from a shelter when I had three little kittens.  My kittens have all found their forever families, but I'm still waiting for my fairytale to come true.  I would rather be the center of your world and not share you with other cats.  You'll love my ticked tabby coat and my adorable white mittens.  Can we meet and see if its meant to be? My adoption fee includes my spay, vaccinations, FIV/FeLV testing (neg) and my microchip.  I am to be indoors only and declawing is not allowed. My adopters should be local to the Greater Memphis Area.April 20, 2024, 12:19 am

Story
Spock is a very loving part of our family. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances with our rental property our Rental Agreement changed and now can no longer have cats, we also had to get rid of our mini pig so this is just truly heartbreaking to endure. Spock is an adventurous male that loves to be with his owners or just meandering around. He has/will hop on you any chance a lap is present to give out some cuddles. He is truly a dog in a cats body because he just wants to be your friend and hates being isolated. Looking to find him a truly one of a kind home to fill the void that he is about to go through. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. We don't have long to find him a new home and I hope we make it before we have to surrender him to an animal shelter because that would just break my heart.
