Story
Meet Sammy, an 8-month-old Domestic Short-haired Cat with a rescue story worthy of a movie. Last fall, Sammy was spotted in the parking lot of Sam's Club, bravely dodging cars while searching for scraps of food. After a suspenseful showdown, he was finally captured using the ultimate secret weapon: a packet of Chick-fil-A sauce and one very determined rescuer. Sammy put up a good fight and almost made his getaway—but his foster mom wasn’t about to lose that battle. Fast forward to today: Sammy is fully vetted, living the good life indoors, and officially on the hunt for his forever family. This guy is playful, active, and quite the chatterbox. Every morning he and his foster dad have long, very important conversations to start the day. (Sammy has a lot of opinions.) He would absolutely love a kitty friend to wrestle and play with, but the current resident cat isn’t exactly impressed with his enthusiasm. Sammy is also very curious about dogs, so a calm, friendly pup might be a fun companion for him. And when the zoomies are over? Sammy has a sweet and silly side. He loves licking his foster dad’s bald head (apparently it’s irresistible) and curling up in his lap for a cozy nap. He might take a minute to warm up to new people, but once he decides you’re his person, he’s all in—snuggles, conversations, and entertainment included. Now all Sammy needs is a forever home where he can be loved, spoiled, and maybe find a playmate. Could your family be the happy ending to Sammy’s story? 🐾

Story
Myself and my kittens were unwanted in a neighborhood with a bunch of unaltered, free roaming cats and dogs. Someone contacted our foster mom and asked if she would be willing to take us and make sure we were safe and taken care of. I am Daisy. I was way to young to be having a litter of kittens. My foster mom says I am a great mom. She can tell I love my kittens and always make sure they are safe and protected. My kittens are Max, Luke, Ash and Oliver. I am very sweet and affectionate. I love getting pet and snuggling with my foster mom. I am always seeking her attention and wanting to hang out with her. I like the other cats and dogs in my foster home as well. We love canned cat food as a treat and getting Temptation Cat treats each morning when our foster mom wakes up. We enjoy furry mice, small balls, cat nip toys and fish pole toys. We are currently eating IAMs Dr Cat food and using Scoop Away scoopable cat litter. Please consider adopting me and giving me a forever home. I would love another home that has other cats or dogs to be my friends. My foster home is located in Denton County.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.
