Story
Justice and Hope are not just kittens; they are a testament to resilience and love. Despite facing the challenges of feline leukemia, they embody a spirit that's nothing short of remarkable. Justice is a feisty, sweet, and lovable kitten with a larger-than-life personality. With a heart as big as his playful spirit, and he's ready to fill your home with warmth and joy. He always finds delight in play, especially with his sister, Hope. Their playful antics are not only adorable but also a testimony to their strong bond. Justice is the perfect playmate, always ready for a game of chase or a playful pounce. When the playtime is over, Justice transforms into a cuddle enthusiast. He adores snuggling with his humans, seeking comfort and companionship. His affectionate nature makes him a perfect addition to any loving home. Justice is not just a kitten looking for a home; he's a beacon of hope and a reminder that love conquers all. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this brave little soul and his sister, Hope, you will find that they will fill your life with endless love and joy. Hope and Justice are ready to shower you with love and bring endless smiles to your life. Will you be the one to give Hope and Justice a forever home filled with warmth and affection?    Because FeLV is contagious to other cats, Justice and Hope are searching for that special someone that will love them despite their positive diagnosis and will provide a home where they’ll be the only cats or to a home that already has a cat with FeLV.  CARE will provide post adoption support in the care of these two sweet kittens. Please contact CARE to learn more about this special pair!  Hope and Justice are being fostered by Caring for Creatures Sanctuary. Please submit an online application here: https://caringforcreatures.org/cat-adoption-application/ for more information. Kittens that Need You Most! Justice and Hope are two healthy kittens that simply require a little more care and attention.  FeLVies are cats that have tested positive for the feline leukemia virus. The virus causes a weakened immune system (and is not a form of cancer) and while FeLVies have a shorter lifespan, they have the same quality of life and are purrfectly adoptable!  To keep them healthy; protect them from stress, feed a high quality diet, keep them safe indoors and address health problems as they arrise. Adoption fees are waived and CARE provides ongoing medical care for conditions related to the virus.  A CARE adoption counselor can help answer any questions you may have.  To learn more about Feline Leukemia:  https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/feline-leukemia-virus#:~:text=Prognosis,is%20diagnosed%20is%202.5%20years. https://www.animalhumanesociety.org/resource/feline-leukemia-virus-felv-what-you-need-know https://kittencoalition.org/understanding-feline-leukemia-virus-felv-and-supporting-felv-positive-cats-transmission/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/26073442228 ##1855187##

Story
Meet Alice! Alice is a charming blend of independence and affection. She's easy-going and quickly warms up to new people, eagerly seeking out affection and attention. She's quite curious and intelligent, observing her surroundings with keen interest. She's independent but appreciates companionship and will happily curl up on or under blankets, enjoying moments of quiet solitude as well as shared space with her humans.Alice would thrive in a calm and nurturing environment, whether it's with a smaller family or a larger one with both adults and children. She's adaptable to various living situations but would particularly enjoy a home where she can have plenty of cozy spots to lounge, such as window ledges or cat trees. Alice appreciates human company and would relish spending time with her family, whether it's cuddling in bed or simply following them around the house.Alice's favorite pastimes include greeting her humans at the door, rubbing against their legs, and receiving chin scratches. She's an affectionate soul who enjoys being part of her family's daily routines, whether it's helping with chores or simply lounging in shared spaces. With her sweet nature and gentle disposition, Alice would make a wonderful addition to any loving home.Applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis, so we encourage you to complete an application at www.henricohumane.org/adopt-a-cat before coming to our next adoption event. Story
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.  What a perfect way to describe Levi. His coat is super soft with the  neatest stripe pattern. This little guy is approximately 3 1/2months old and is eagerly waiting to find that special home.  Levi has the durability of an energizer bunny, always on the go.  Super playful, all toys are fair game.  One of his favorite pastimes is chasing the other kittens. In kitten terms zoomies are the best.  Levi is one very active kitty and would do best in a home with another kitten or young cat.  Although very affectionate (will give nose bumps) he is not typically a lap kitty right now (easily distracted by life).Levi's main goal is to find that perfect home where he has a play buddy and hoomans to totally spoil him. Since Levi is a very active kitty, he must be adopted to a home with another cat.  Please apply here: https://care-cats.org/cat/levi/ and an adoption coordinator will contact you. ##1972802##
