Story
Meet Sterling 🖤🤍Sterling is a stunning young tuxedo girl with soulful golden eyes and a heart that’s still learning it’s safe to be loved. At approximately 10–12 months old, Sterling has already been through more than any young cat should. Because of that, she approaches the world cautiously at first. She may hiss when she’s nervous, but underneath that scared exterior is a gentle girl who simply needs patience, kindness, and time. And honestly? Watching cats like Sterling slowly learn to trust is one of the most rewarding things in the world.✨ About Sterling:• Approximately 10–12 months old• Spayed female• Short-haired black and white tuxedo• Vaccinated, microchipped, and combo tested🐾 Personality:• Quiet• Gentle• Shy at first• Observant• Sweet once comfortable• Independent but enjoys companionshipSterling is not aggressive whatsoever — she just likes to make sure the world is safe before fully relaxing into it.Once she settles in, you begin to see glimpses of the soft, sweet girl underneath:The curious looks. The quiet companionship. The slow understanding that nobody is going to hurt her anymore.🖤 Favorite Things:• Cozy cat beds• Scratch pads• Felt mice• Catnip toys• Fancy Feast Chicken in Gravy• Sheba Cuts• Purina One Adult chicken dry food✨ Her StorySterling was trapped by a concerned citizen and brought to local animal control before entering our care shortly after. The transition into rescue was overwhelming for her at first, and it took several days for her to begin decompressing and realizing she was finally safe. But even through her fear, it became clear very quickly that Sterling is not mean — she’s simply unsure. A cat who has had to survive learns to protect herself first. Now that she’s safely indoors, recovering, vetted, and cared for, Sterling is finally ready for the next chapter of her life: a forever home of her own.🏡 The Home Sterling NeedsSterling would thrive in a calmer home with humans who understand that shy cats need time to bloom. She gets along well with other cats and may enjoy having a calm feline friend to help her continue building confidence, though she could also do well as a solo cat with patient adopters.Dogs and children are unknown.Sterling may not be the cat who climbs immediately into your lap on day one.But she is the kind of cat whose trust feels incredibly special once you earn it.The quiet ones are worth it every single time. 🖤

🐾 Meet Groucho & Marx!🖤🤍 With their adorable little mustaches and sweet, soulful eyes, Groucho and Marx are a bonded pair of kitten brothers looking for a forever home together. These gentle boys share a special bond and are almost never far from one another. If you find one, you can bet the other is close behind. Groucho and Marx are on the shy side and will need a little time to settle into a new home. But with patience, love, and a quiet environment, their affectionate personalities begin to shine. They're the kind of kittens who form deep bonds with the people they trust, making every milestone feel extra special. These easygoing brothers enjoy the simple things in life. Their favorite toy is a fluffy pom-pom ball, and when they're finished playing, you'll usually find them curled up together on the smaller cat tower, enjoying a cozy afternoon nap. They get along wonderfully with other kittens, adult cats, and even small dogs, including their foster family's Yorkie. They would thrive in a home that understands shy kittens and will give them the time they need to blossom. When they first arrived, they were a little picky about food, but Gerber turkey baby food quickly won them over! As they grew, they happily transitioned to Iams and Purina kitten dry food along with Iams and Fancy Feast pâté wet food. With their charming mustaches, calm personalities, and inseparable friendship, Groucho and Marx are the perfect pair for someone looking to give two deserving kittens the loving forever home they deserve. In return, they'll reward you with double the purrs, double the companionship, and a lifetime of love. 💕 Because they're bonded, Groucho and Marx are looking for a family that will keep them together forever.

Story
Hi, I’m Biscuit! 🖤🐾I’m a handsome short-haired black boy from the Grassfield Gang, and I have come such a long way since arriving in foster care! I have grown into a friendly, sweet, and curious kitty.I absolutely love other cats and would be happiest in a home with a feline companion. I would especially love to be adopted with my orange brother, Triscuit, or with my adopted mom and special friend, Meow Meow. Having another cat nearby gives me someone to play with, cuddle beside, and explore with.I enjoy chasing toys, zooming around the room, investigating new places, and relaxing on a cozy cat bed with one of my feline friends. I’m gentle, easygoing, and always ready to join the other cats for playtime or a good nap.I am now neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to find my forever family. If you’re looking for a friendly young cat who loves both people and other kitties, I may be the perfect addition to your home—especially if you have room in your heart for Triscuit or Meow Meow too! 🖤

Meet LaurelIf confidence had a mascot, it would be Laurel. This stunning four-month-old calico is impossible to miss—not only for her beautiful patchwork coat, but for the big personality behind it. As the largest of her litter, she naturally stepped into the role of protective big sister, always watching over her siblings and making sure everyone is included before joining the fun.Once playtime starts, Laurel is all in. She loves zooming through the house, wrestling and tumbling with the other kittens, and chasing her favorite poof balls. Curious, fearless, and endlessly energetic, she turns every space into an adventure. When she finally slows down, Laurel is just as happy to relax and soak up affection. She enjoys being with her people and can often be found curled up in her favorite hammock, dreaming of her next round of play. Her only hesitation is bedtime—she would much rather stay up with the family than be tucked away for the night.Laurel gets along wonderfully with other cats and is great with children. She hasn’t met dogs yet, but may adjust well with slow, proper introductions. Winning her over is easy—just offer a Churu or a few Temptations Crunchy Treats, and you’ll have a devoted friend. She is currently eating Iams Kitten Cuts wet food and Purina ONE Kitten dry food, and is growing into a healthy, happy young cat.If you’re looking for a kitten who is equal parts adventurer, cuddle bug, playful entertainer, and loyal companion, Laurel is ready to bring joy, laughter, and endless calico charm into your home.

Story
If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle little shadow who just needs a moment to decide you’re safe, **Arlo may be your boy. Arlo is a handsome gold-and-white short-haired kitten with gorgeous golden eyes—and he has a way of looking you right in the eyes that will absolutely melt you. Arlo can be a little hesitant when meeting new people or entering unfamiliar situations. He likes to observe first and make sure everything is okay. But once he warms up? The walls come DOWN. This cautious little guy turns into an incredibly affectionate, cuddly, Velcro kitty who absolutely loves his people. He loves being held, rubbing his face and head against you for affection, and soaking up all the pets he can get. He’ll even flip onto his back and happily accept belly rubs! Arlo currently lives with his brother, Junie, and his mom, Gracie, and does wonderfully with both. He is especially attached to Gracie—he’s definitely a momma’s boy! Arlo and Gracie would make a wonderful pair if someone wanted to adopt them together, but they are not required to be adopted as a pair. We believe Arlo could also thrive on his own in a quiet, settled home where he is given a little time to adjust. He has been shy and unsure around dogs, even with a baby gate separating them, so a home without dogs may be the easiest fit for him. He has done wonderfully playing with his foster family’s 6-year-old granddaughter. When Arlo isn’t cuddling, he’s BUSY. He loves anything he can swat, chase or pounce on, and he’s quite the climber. A tall cat tree would be this boy’s dream. When it’s time to recharge, he likes curling up inside or underneath his cozy cat condo. Arlo’s story began outside. His mom, Gracie, was one of several cats left behind in a neighborhood after their owner moved away. A caring family began feeding the cats, providing fresh water and even a heated outdoor shelter. When they realized Gracie may have had kittens, they watched and waited. Then one day, a tiny flash of gold appeared beside the house. It was Arlo. Shortly afterward, his brother Junie was discovered hiding inside the rim of an SUV tire! Eventually, both babies and their mom were safely brought indoors. They arrived dirty and with obvious eye discharge, but with the help of Billy the Kidden Rescue, the little family received the care they needed. They became healthy, vaccinated, socialized—and learned just how wonderful indoor life could be. Now Arlo is ready for the final chapter of his rescue story: a family of his very own. Arlo is clever, curious, gentle, affectionate and incredibly loving. Give him a little patience in the beginning, and you may just end up with one of the sweetest little companions you could ask for. Arlo doesn’t just want a home. He wants his people. And once he decides you’re his, prepare to have a little golden shadow following you around. 🧡🐾

🌳Tree Huggers🌳 😻Bonded Siblings😻 🐈‍⬛Must be adopted together🐈 Meet Cedar & Sassafras, the “tree-mendous” duo full of energy, love, and cuddles looking to “branch” out to their fur-ever home. Born on 11/29/24, we love to do everything together: explore, play, groom, and even nap. 🌳Don’t let my name fool you, although my name is Sassafras aka Sassy, I am sweet as sugar (just look at my gray face). I love to play with toys-pushing, chasing and even sharing them with my brother! I am a quiet kitten, really only talking when it’s chow time. I am patient, playful, and purrfect. My laid back nature allows me to explore and observe one of my favorite pastimes of watching my foster mom wash the dishes-the running water is so intriguing! When it’s time to nap, I like to curl up with my brother or find a warm lap for snuggle time. I get along with all 3 adult cats in my foster home, I eat both wet and dry food, and have great manners eating next to other animals. 🌲My name is Cedar and I’m a good big brother to Sassy. Born 38 minutes before her, I strive to keep a level head and be a leader of the two of us. Sometimes, she lets me😉. I am outgoing, loving, and curious (like a cat) and love to watch birds out the window. Some of my favorite toys are laser beams and wand toys. My purr is like my sister’s and we can make great music together! I too am quiet, but I love to trill and chirp to encourage the humans to feed me faster. I am a kind, loving orange kitten with an awesome tabby striped tail looking for our furever home for me and my sister. Feel free to rub my belly when I’m napping in a sunny spot and I’ll probably give you a kitty wink! ❤️We need a “tree-mendous” family that will love us and let us grow our “roots” in our furever home. As inside cats, we promise to love you back, provide non-stop entertainment, and give endless snuggles. Story
Beau is a beautiful male cat who loves to laze around in a calm atmosphere. He will let you know when he wants to be loved on with head butts. Otherwise, you can find him in the window, on the bed, or lying on the floor in the dining room. He does love to eat and will be the first to his bowl when fed. He eats twice daily now. Nighttime is his playtime and time to explore. Currently he lives with a dog and another cat. At night he typically sleeps in the “Big Bed” with Mom.
