Story
I found Mittens as a stray. Shes very social, loves to play, and is very mischievous. She likes to hide her toys under the stove just to get you to pull them out. Bird watching is one of her favorite activities, when she sees one she gets this cute little butt wiggle. She likes knocking things off the counter while staring you straight in the eye. When shes not running around being a little terror she likes to curl up and sleep on the dinning room chair or chill in the catio. She jumps on the chairs to ride them across the room. Its super cute to watch. Mittens is now three years old. Since bringing her home she has had conflict with my oldest cat. After trying everything I possibly could Ive decided it would be best for them to rehome Mittens. Mittens gets along with my other cats and cohabitates with dogs big and small. Im looking for someone who is very health conscious and active. I want Mittens to find her forever home where she can be happy, healthy and live her best life.

Story
Meet Oatmeal, a sweet kitty who simply isn’t suited for shelter life. Unfortunately, he’s been fearful and stressed during his time with us, despite our best efforts to comfort him. Recently transferred from another animal care facility, we believe these transitions have been especially tough on Oatmeal. While it’s been a challenge to fully understand his personality here, we’re confident that with time, patience, and plenty of TLC, he will come out of his shell and become a wonderful companion in the right environment. With the patience and dedication of our staff and his foster home, Oatmeal is starting to blossom and show some of his wonderfully gentle and sweet personality with headbutts and soft purrs! Oatmeal is bonded with his friend Gerald.Oatmeal would thrive in a calm, quiet household, and would do best in a home without dogs or young children. He does coexist with other cats peacefully. Do you have space in your home and heart for Oatmeal?Meet Oatmeal at our shelter during public visiting hours (no appointment needed), Tues/Thurs/Fri 1-6pm or Sat 11am-3pm, or visit www.oahs.org/cat-adoption-process for more information about how to adopt. All adoptable cats from OAHS are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested for feline leukemia, litterbox trained and microchipped.

Story
Say hello to Dill, an absolutely adorable little floof ball! Dill here was transferred to us from another shelter and is ready to get into your home! This energetic girl is always ready to explore and full of affection. She will come up and nudge you for pets, and purrs so adorably. Dill can take a bit of time to adjust, so it takes a bit of time for her to show her full glorious personality. While she is adjusting to new things she can get overstimulated, so an adopter that can understand her body language and cues would be best for her. If you are looking for an adorable little diva to add to your home, consider Dill!Meet Dill at our shelter during public visiting hours (no appointment needed), Tues/Thurs/Fri 1-6pm or Sat 11am-3pm, or visit www.oahs.org/cat-adoption-process for more information about how to adopt. All adoptable cats from OAHS are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested for feline leukemia, litterbox trained and microchipped.
