Story
This is Shadow. She’s a domestic shorthair cat we adopted in Hawaii when we were stationed there along with her sister from the same litter. *They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together, we will not re-home them separately* She is a friendly, calm, cuddly cat. She takes to my husband most. She can tolerate being carried but she’s very picky about how. She has been around young kids (very young toddlers and up) most of her life outside of her time at the shelter where we adopted her from and she’s been very patient and loving. I have been diligent to raise my kids to be kind to animals so I thankfully haven’t had issues where I could say it tail pulling would ever pose an issues but I would assume she wouldn’t like it if you have littles at home that would do so. She doesn’t prefer to be touched on her belly. She loves wet cat food. We buy them Smalls on a monthly shipment basis and they don’t currently eat dry cat food but with patience and time they likely would.

She prefers me to my husband. She doesn’t tolerate being carried. She’s pickier about who she gravitates toward. Story
Rosie is currently located in a Foster Home, here are a few words from her foster:“When Rosie and Hydrangea first arrived, they were very shy— they spent their first two weeks hiding under the bed and only came out when the room was quiet. But with a little patience (and a lot of love!), they`ve completely blossomed into the sweetest, most playful kittens. Now they love to take naps with our cat Tom in our son`s bedroom, cuddle with us at night, and zoom all around the house chasing each other!Hydrangea is a total cuddlebug and a purring machine - she loves to snuggle and will melt right into your arms. Rosie is a curious little firecracker who loves to play with other cats or any toy she can find! They get along beautifully with our resident cats (Tom & Jerry) and their foster sister Savannah, so they`d fit right in with a home that already has feline friends. If you`re looking for a pair of affectionate, playful, and cuddly kittens to fill your home with joy, Rosie and Hydrangea are the perfect duo!” Please note:- Our website (www.neenahanimalshelter.org) is updated in real time, so we are accepting applications for all animals that are currently listed.-Applications can be downloaded from our website. If the cat in the home is 10 years or older, this two-kitten policy will apply.
