I came here with my buddy Sam, so I’m used to having another cat around. We were also in a home with dogs, and while I’m a little nervous right now, I might be okay with a gentle dog who knows how to be kind to a quiet cat like me. I’m on the shy side, and new places (and people) can be a little scary for me. But even though I’m scared, I’ve never been mean — no swatting or hissing, I just try to stay small and quiet until I feel safe again. What I really need is someone patient and kind, someone who’ll give me time to settle in and understand that love can grow slowly and quietly.
