    Meet Shallot! Say hello to this darling 4.3-pound fawn colored Dachshund mix with a big personality packed into a tiny frame. She’s confident and a bit of an alpha, but her sweet, affectionate nature makes her irresistible. Shallot loves being around people, settles down quickly after playtime, and has been wonderfully quiet when tucked in for the night. This little girl also sports a unique feature—her tail ends in the cutest little ball, likely a birth quirk that only adds to her charm. Shallot has bounced back beautifully after an early, mild case of parvo. Thanks to quick treatment and lots of love and great care, she’s now healthy, happy, and full of that signature Dachshund bravery and spirit. The vet doesn’t expect any future problems, though other dogs in her future home should be fully vaccinated. She’s making steady progress with her potty training and is currently used to being in a pen rather than a crate. With her mix of confidence, sweetness, and those soulful Dachshund eyes, Shallot is ready to wiggle her way into her forever family’s heart.     Meet Carrot!  Carrot is a sweet little chocolate brown dachshund mix puppy weighing in at just about 4 pounds of pure puppy charm! Playful, cuddly, and happiest when he’s with his sister Shallot, Carrot is the softer, more submissive one of the pair—but don’t be fooled, he can hold his own when playtime kicks in! He loves attention, snuggle sessions, and being part of the action. Carrot is making great progress with his potty training, though he’s been kept in a pen rather than a crate so far. He’s eager to keep learning and growing with a family who will give him lots of love and encouragement. Carrot is a little fighter who recently overcame an early case of parvo that was caught and treated right away. He and his sister Shallot have recovered beautifully using a new procedure, and their vet doesn’t expect any future problems. (Just be sure other dogs in the home are fully vaccinated!) This brave, affectionate little pup is ready to find his forever home—and he can’t wait to find his forever home and shower you with puppy love!     Meet  Murray Mills , a 10-pound gentleman with a heart as big as his fluffy curls! At 11 years young, this sweet poodle mix is the perfect blend of calm cuddler and occasional goofball — he loves to snuggle but will happily prance around the yard when the mood strikes. Murray enjoys his neighborhood walks and greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail and pure joy — men, women, and small dogs alike. A happy boy, Murray also gets adorable spurts of energy and when he does his smile melts hearts. He’s fully potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and thrives on companionship, so he’d love a home where someone is around most of the time to keep him company. Murray sleeps soundly in his cozy dog bed but is happiest when he’s close to his people, watching the action (or maybe sniffing what’s cooking!).  Like many distinguished seniors, Murray has a few quirks — he wears a belly band to help with marking, and his vision and hearing aren’t what they used to be, though he gets around just fine with a little patience and reassurance.
