Shappy is a handsome 7-year-old 14 Lb. boy. He’s sweet natured, but a bit reserved. He is part of a bonded pair (we will not separate them). Both he and Raven are well mannered and sweet, but they are high energy dogs. They need a younger, active owner(s), who has time for them and will take them places and do things with them. If you are interested in both Shappy and Raven, you will need to COMPLETE AN APPLICATION on our website at www.dachshundrescueofohio.com. Story
Chewy is a female silver dapple dachshund who came into the rescue when her elderly female owner died. Her favorite things are snuggling with you on your lap and in the bed. She hasn’t had much exposure, so she is learning how to be a dog, how to interact with other dogs and men. Everything is new for the first time. Chewy weighs 14.4 pounds, and her birthday is 6/3/22.
