Story
Introducing Kai, a 7 year old female Dutch shepherd. She has lived a wonderful life and has been well cared for and socialized but her owner has come into hard times and has to make the incredibly hard decision to find her a new home. He loves her so much and knows she deserves the world that he can’t provide. Please no rude comments, he is heartbroken. Kai is an incredibly intelligent dog. She absolutely adores people. She is 7 years old but she is still ready for adventures. Kai will need a family that will provide daily exercise and then a couch to sleep on! Kai is good with other dogs, especially male dogs. She has also been around cats and was great with them. Kai has been professionally trained and is housetrained. Kai is located in Huntsville AL. We are needing to find her a forever home by the end of the month! If you are interested in adopting Kai, please fill out an application on our website forrescue.net

Story
Dutch Shepherd mixes, siblings Latte and Mocha are 5 months old and weigh about 25-30 pounds. They'll grow to between 50 and 60 pounds. These two are delightful to have around. They're true love bugs who play joyfully, loving toys whenever one comes their way. They're extremely affectionate. Great pups! (posted 12/29/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **December 29, 2025, 3:31 pm

Story
Is April the sweetest girl you've ever seen? Well, yes, she could have told you that. The sweet and shy April is something of a gentle giant. Her smile in this picture portrays her personality perfectly. A gorgeous German Shepard girl who would love to get to know you. She needs a little love, but it's easy to do. With her soft eyes she will melt away your worries, and her friendship will be an amazing reward. April was not treated well in a former life so she needs a little time to trust you, but she will trust you if you treat her right and she will love you forever.
