Is April the sweetest girl you've ever seen? Well, yes, she could have told you that. The sweet and shy April is something of a gentle giant. Her smile in this picture portrays her personality perfectly. A gorgeous German Shepard girl who would love to get to know you. She needs a little love, but it's easy to do. With her soft eyes she will melt away your worries, and her friendship will be an amazing reward. April was not treated well in a former life so she needs a little time to trust you, but she will trust you if you treat her right and she will love you forever.

Story
This is MACON! The handsomest 2 year old male who is a very striking breed of dog and dog. Seriously, we're not sure his breed but we know he'll be a larger pup and he's wonderful. Macon was found running down the middle of the highway in Macon County, was found by some kind souls who took him in. Macon loves other dogs and kids, but he has a bit too much energy for the good Samaritans that found him. He foster sister is a 13 year old Chi that Macon is very respectful to, but the Chi is a bit cantankerous and doesn't like to share. Macon knows his manners, caught on to the basics very quickly, he knows to sit, stay and other basic commands. He absolutely LOVES toys. His fosters say he could chase a tennis ball or frisbee forever (fetch level pro) but he does very well when let inside to cuddle on the couch too. Story
Hans is a stunning 3-year-old German Shepherd who’s as smart as he is handsome. This boy is loyal to his core and full of energy — the perfect match for someone who appreciates an active, intelligent dog who thrives on attention and adventure. Hans knows some basic commands, does great in a crate, and loves cruising in the car. His favorite hobbies include chasing soccer balls, going for walks, and soaking up as many belly rubs as you’re willing to give. He’s athletic, eager to please, and always ready to be part of the action. Hans does well with dogs his own size but no cats or small animals for this guy — he takes his “German Shepherd duties” seriously. Hans’ adoption fee is $400, which includes his neuter, vaccines, parasite prevention, and microchip. Apply to adopt this gorgeous boy at FullCircleRescueAndSanctuary.com.

Story
This is Bear. A dog who lived his whole life on a chain… until the day the world finally gave him a second chance. By every measure, Bear should be jaded. He should be guarded. He should be done trusting humans. But he’s not. Bear is nothing but love and softness wrapped in a 9-year-old German Shepherd mix body that still believes good people exist. I watch him look out into the world like he’s waiting for someone to finally see him. Someone to pick him—not out of pity, but because they recognize his gentle heart and steady soul. And if Bear could speak, he’d say one simple thing: “If you choose me… I’ll give you everything.” A lifetime of loyalty. Quiet mornings. Slow walks. Soft eyes that adore you. A dog who asks for so little but offers the whole world in return. Bear deserves a home that feels like peace. A person who wants a companion, not a project. Someone who understands that the best dogs aren’t always shiny and new—they’re the ones who survived, forgave, and still choose love. If you feel the tug in your chest reading this, it might just be Bear tugging on your heart. And honestly? He’s worth answering.

Story
Rona is a german shepherd/black lab mix. She is almost 6 years old, born in Dec 2019. She loves to be outside, loves to swim and likes to run around our yard, we live on an acre that is partially wooded. She loves to play with other dogs, but her sister doesn't love to play with her. My parents have two dogs and she plays with them well. She does not do well around cats, and does well with toddlers/kids, she is very gentle. She loves playing outside but enjoys being around her people in the evenings. She would do well with a family where she was allowed to be both inside and outside. She is obedient, comes when you call her and sits before we give her food. She knows commands such as sit, inside, outside, up, down, touch (comes to touch your fingers), leave it, take it. She is trained to go to the bathroom outside and not in the house or garage. She does not chew furniture or rugs, and loves a tennis ball. Our vet has offered to provide a recommendation for her.
