Story
Foster Notes: Buddy is people oriented; loves attention and being petted. He does not like being left alone and will follow you through the house; would be best with someone home most of the time. He is quiet and not a big barker; he is afraid of loud noises. He is very sweet and a little shy. He likes to find an out of the way place to sleep during the day but likes his dog bed at night. Treat time is his favorite time of the day!

Phineas is a young pup who needs a patient family to help be brave out in the big old world! He came to the shelter as a stray and has been working hard on his social skills and learning to trust his human friends. He’ll need a secure yard and a patient family to help him continue to build confidence. Phineas has been a bit nervous when meeting other dogs in playgroup and would like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s good fit. But, a calm and confident furry friend to show him the ropes in home would likely do wonders for this sweet boy! Ask about Phineas today!

Story
Paco was a gift to a family member. The family member due to health issues could no longer handle him. I’ve rehomed him two more times and he’s been returned to me both times. Because of my own financial issues as a widow, I am not able to handle him and his needs along with my own animals. Paco is great when he’s with his person. He loves going on adventures or just relaxing with his person. He matches their energy. It’s when his person leaves to work that he has issues. He has extreme separation anxiety. He hates being kenneled. He will also destroy things during his anxious episodes. He is friendly to people. A little shy and reserved at first, but a real Goofball when he feels safe and comfortable. He’s also friendly with friendly dogs. He’s not aggressive. Rarely barks, unless it’s during his anxious episodes. He just needs someone with a big heart to be patient and teach him. With all my heart, I want to keep him, but my circumstances simply won’t allow it.
