Meet Zelda!She’s a resilient, sweet-natured shepherd with a gentle soul and a big heart. After losing her back right leg, she’s learned to navigate the world as a happy tripod, taking life at her own steady pace. She does tire more easily than four-legged dogs, but she still enjoys getting out for walks and handles herself beautifully on a leash. A little rest here and there is all she needs before she’s ready to continue soaking in the day.This lovely girl is very treat-motivated, which makes bonding with her both fun and rewarding. She’s happiest when she’s near her person, quietly keeping them company or following along from room to room. When she’s not by your side, you’ll likely find her stretched out in a sunny spot, contentedly sunbathing and watching the world go by. She’s the kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much—just love, patience, and a warm place to rest close to the person she adores. ????
