Poppy and her siblings were being given away on the side of the road for free. One of our southern rescuers became aware of this situation and immediately rescued them so they would not end up in the wrong hands.We believe her to be Dutch Shepard/Hound mix. She is a typical 6 month old puppy. She has not met a toy(or treat) she doesn't like. She is learning basic commands. She is crate trained and 99% housebroken. She is 40lbs, so we think they she going to be a bigger dog.Poppy is in a New England foster home and doing just great!Poppy is very outgoing and spirited, she would do best with a dog who can match her energetic play style. She has never met a stranger she didn't like. She will bring you her toys and make you play with her.
