Willow - Sweet & Mellow - potty trained, spayed, vaccinated and good with everyone! A delight!! Meet this beautiful girl who is finally getting the second chance she deserves! At approximately 3–4 years old and 50 pounds, this sweet girl has a story that will break your heart, but her future is looking so bright! She was found abandoned in the Dorado area of Puerto Rico, heartbreakingly skinny and desperate for someone to love her. When rescuers arrived, she couldn't wait to be saved. It was almost as if she knew her life was finally about to change. Since being rescued, she has gained much-needed weight, grown in confidence, and blossomed into the most wonderful dog! She is incredibly gentle, intelligent, calm, and SO loving! She gets along beautifully with other dogs and does wonderfully with everyone she meets. She has such a sweet, peaceful personality and truly just wants to love and be loved. While she's come such a long way, we know her past wasn't always kind to her. She's a sensitive soul who deserves a home filled with patience, encouragement, and gentle voices. We would love to find her a peaceful, loving family where she'll never have to worry about being yelled at or treated harshly again. She's not a difficult dog or one who needs a lot of work. In fact, she's quite the opposite! She's a wonderful, easygoing companion who just deserves people who will treat her with the same kindness she gives so freely. She will be fully vetted before adoption and is ready to find the family who will love her forever. She plays with multiple dogs every day and enjoys the companionship of both male and female dogs. He`s friendly with other pups and loves attention from people. He`s not a big fan of being alone, can be a little vocal, and would like to live somewhere with minimal stairs, so no apartments please! An adopter with German Shepherd/ big dog experience is a plus. He loves playing with other dogs and would do great with or without a canine sibling. He has not been around cats but his friendly and social nature suggests he would likely do fine with proper introductions. He is wonderful with kids and a great fit for a family of any kind.Hercules is a fast learner who is food and toy motivated, making training a genuine pleasure. He is fully crate trained and house trained on a consistent daily routine. He greets with great enthusiasm and is doing much better about keeping all four paws on the floor with a simple reminder. He walks well on leash, occasionally pulling but correcting easily with a little guidance.This big-eared, big-hearted boy has so much love and enthusiasm to bring into a forever home.
