Story
Meet Jersey, Jersey is a 10 month old Dutch Shepherd from the suburbs of San Jose, California. She was found as a stray and sadly no one came forward for her. She began to shut down and become extremely stressed in her kennel. With shelter attempted introductions, Jersey was unable to prefomr at her best with meeting other dogs, she was not agressive but did not know how to handle meeting other dogs.  While we are still learning more about Jersey and who exactly she is, we do know she is going to require an active family with an experienced handler. *********************************************** To apply to adopt, please fill out the application by clicking on the Adopt button or ask for this dog to be added to your existing application. Story
Knox is a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd mix. He is a big boy weighing in at 76 pounds who is full of puppy like joy and love. He can be shy with new people at first, but warms up and wants all the pets he can get. He loves to play with his toys and is happy playing by himself or with his people. He is learning to fetch, but right now he thinks its fun, not an absolute need.  Knox is good on a leash and loves going on walks. He can ignore barking dogs and other noises. He will look, but not react much, if at all. For the most part, Knox is a very laid back dog with a good off switch. He is crate and potty trained. At the shelter Knox did ok with a dog for room mate, but it looks like at sometime in the past he was attacked by another dog.so he needs very slow introductions (like 2 weeks or more) and a person that canmake sure the other dog gives him room to be comfortable. Given a choice with a dog pushing at him he will run away, however if he feels threatened he has snapped at other dogs. He currently plays in a group of 4 dogs and does great. Knox is an absolute love.  ##2409582##

Story
This is Loki, he is a 3 year old german shepherd. He is a very smart, curious, energetic, confident boy. He loves playing tug of war and fetch. He knows basic commands; sit, down(or lay), stay, turn around, back up. He also knows to lay down and wait for your okay to go and eat when being fed. Overall he is a good boy but needs more space to run around and get out of the apartment scene. I have had Loki for a little while now and due to me moving i have to find him a new home or foster him, or else i will be forced with giving him to the pound, I am willing to discuss the adoption fee.
