Story
Pictures don’t do this girl justice — she’s absolutely beautiful and perfectly petite at just 47 pounds. At 2½ years old, Soul came to us lost and scared, likely used for breeding. With patience, love, and structure, she’s blossomed into a confident, happy, and spirited pup. Soul is wonderfully trained in her basic manners, well-behaved, and knows all her commands. She loves to chase balls and play until the sun goes down. Around other animals, she’s a total sweetheart — great with dogs of all sizes and even cats. If there’s a ball nearby, nothing else in the world matters to her! She currently adores her German Shepherd foster sister (so much for the saying that “girls don’t get along”). Another playful dog in the home would be an amazing fit. Now, we’re searching for Soul’s perfect forever home — a place where she can keep growing, playing, and being loved the way she deserves. 💗

Story
Dexter is a loyal, tender-hearted German Shepherd rescued from death row after surviving neglect and injury. He forms deep, soulful bonds with women and becomes a calm, affectionate companion. He’s gentle with older kids, smart, potty trained, and eager to please. Dexter would do best with a single female, a family with older children, or a couple without kids. He needs a peaceful home without loud noises or sudden movements. He’s more comfortable around women than men and would need patient, positive support to build trust with a calm male partner. His separation anxiety improves with routine, daily exercise, and nervous-system regulation, and he responds well to anti-anxiety meds. He’s also a sweet, clever crate escape artist who just wants to stay close. He’s not a project, he is a loving, loyal playful partner. If you’re his person, he will love you for life. Story
Hello, my dog's name is Brownie. She is a 4 year old German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix. Brownie is a sweet girl. But, she can be nervous and overprotective. Brownie has a heart murmur. I already consulted with a cardiologist and had the ultrasounds done. She cannot get surgery, just daily medication to keep her heart healthy. It's only $16 a month. Brownie can be taken to doggy day care and doesn't mind the other dogs. But on walks, she can get protective when another big breed is walking by. Though, she doesn't care much for smaller breeds. We have 2 other dogs. Brownie is really smart, loyal and loving. It hurts my heart to give her up, but she deserves to be with someone that can give her the time she needs as she is a very active dog. Thank you for your time.

Story
Kenai is very energetic and loves to play. He was born on November 28, 2023. He unfortunately does not get along with other pets but he enjoys people’s company! I would love for him to go to a home where he has a ton of space to freely run around. He does know some basic commands but will need a bit more training. I’m looking for someone who will be able to give the time to train. He unfortunately is not leash trained due to his temper with other dogs. He is don’t reactive but has never bit another dog.
