Story
Willow is a shepherd mix we adopted back in March. She is an absolute love sponge. She loves toys and playing. Willow needs someone with the time and energy to train her. She pulls heavily on the leash so she needs a harness so she won’t hurt herself. She also has separation anxiety so a crate is a must when you leave the house, she is very vocal in her crate. Willow currently has a prescription for fluoxetine because of her anxiety. She is wonderful around our kids (3 and an infant) and loves to cuddle. She plays well with our other dog. Her previous owner said she was good with cats but we do not have any so can’t tell you from experience. She needs to be fed separately from any other dogs. We hate to rehome Willow, we love her so much, but she deserves someone who can put the time and energy into training her and exercising her for her to reach her true potential. She would do WONDERFUL in a fenced yard. I just want the best for her because she’s a good dog.

Story
Heidi is a 4 and 1/2 year old Dutch Shepherd who was found in Gaston County as a stray. She is the most loveable sweetheart who loves to hug and snuggle (almost more than she likes her food bowl!) She loves to explore yet her recall is very good! She wants nothing more than a loving home, preferably with an adopter with some GSD experience and a commitment to ongoing training. She loves her toys and will carry them out of her crate and hide them in the yard She likes nothing more than laying in the sun chewing a bone, though like most dogs she does get the zoomies occasionally. For a small 50 lb dog she can really move! She has a high prey drive so no cats or small pets. Please help Heidi find her loving home!

These pups are in Raleigh, North Carolina too!

Story
Tallulah is READY TO GO HOME TODAY!! Good with cats? YES! Good with kids? YES! Good with other dogs? YES! Knows common commands? YES! According to Tallulah's surrender paperwork, she is a straight A student for mastering all those sometimes difficult-to-know screening questions. Meet Tallulah - an almost 6 years old Belgian Malinois lady who loves to play fetch and go on mile-long runs/walks/hikes. Afterwards, she enjoys soaking up both the sun and lots of human attention - the more attention, the better! In regards to training, she has known commands such as "sit", "stay", "wait", "down", "drop it", "go get the ball", "leave it" and responds to her name when called. She is very treat motivated and a fast learner. She lived harmoniously with a cat and has interacted with children of all ages in her previous home. She is afraid of vacuums and loud noises. She gets along with other dogs that are introduced by a family member in the home, but her previous owners did claim she had some reactivity to unknown dogs while on a walk. Tallulah is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and already spayed. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
