Meet Roxanne! She’s a 9-month-old Dutch Shepherd mix and an absolute beauty. She has a striking brindle coat that glows in the sun, big expressive amber eyes, and a sweet little white chest patch that makes her look even more unique - but what really makes her special is her gentle, loving nature. Roxanne is loyal, affectionate, and loves nothing more than being close to her people. She’s a little shadow who happily follows you around and settles in for snuggles any chance she gets. She does great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making her an easy fit in almost any home. This sweet girl is crate trained and picking up on house training quickly. She’s spayed, UTD on vaccinations, and ready to find the loving forever family she deserves.

This sweet, soulful boy has one simple wish in life — to be loved and to belong.Hank was adopted as a puppy from a shelter, but as he grew into his big, beautiful self, his family decided he was “too big” for their home and returned him. Thankfully, one of our dedicated southern rescuers stepped in before he had to face shelter life again and welcomed him into foster care. Now thriving in a home environment, Hank is showing everyone what an incredible companion he truly is.In his foster home, Hank is a happy, affectionate guy who absolutely adores people. He lights up when the grandkids come over and has shown nothing but playful, gentle behavior with them and his foster’s son. He loves being part of the action and happily soaks up all the attention he can get.Hank also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and enjoys having playmates to romp around with. As for cats, he hasn’t bothered his foster mom’s cat, though she tends to keep her distance — so a slow, proper introduction woth a dog-savvy cat would be best.He is house-trained and does well when let out regularly, though he has had a couple of accidents if his cues are missed. Hank has been crated in the past and tolerates it, though it’s not his favorite place to be. He has done well roaming the house without issue, but continued crate use when left alone — at least until he’s fully settled — would be a smart transition plan.Hank walks decently on leash and would benefit from continued structure and consistency. He can get a little anxious in the car, but when secured with a seatbelt, he relaxes and settles nicely — it seems to give him a sense of security.This high-energy, athletic boy is looking for an active home with a yard where he can stretch his legs and burn off energy. This trait makes for a very calm kennel training environment, all 9 shepherds work at the same time in the training fields, all get along fine, mostly due to Ziggy! Our boy simply adores people of all ages, shapes and sizes, he just wants to be in the middle of things.as stated earlier, Ziggy’s, looks are quite striking, deep chest, powerful legs, positive carry and coat that is off the charts good looking. Our boy is 75 pounds, probably could carry 80 pounds with ease. It is hard to explain the feeling you get being around Ziggy, it is like total peace, he adapts, he understands and he lets you know that being in your presence is something that he highly desires and deeply respects. As you might suspect Ziggy handled our socialization and training programs with confidence and capability. It has been an honor to be the trainer for this boy and as you might expect there were times, I was wondering who was doing the training. All Ziggy will need to happy is a loving household, family time, exercise, personal commitment, the rest he will provide to you.

Zeke is a little over a year old. He is a big baby and loves attention, he is a little standoffish to new people more so men than woman, but warms up pretty quickly. He grew up around my female lab and a cat, I also have young children and he hads always been good with them. Has never shown any signs of aggression. He is a good boy and a great family dog.

Meet Luna! This sweet girl was surrendered to us recently with her housemate Coco. They would be able to go home together or separately. From what the previous owners told us they got along well in their previous home. Her owners took very good care of her and Coco and loved them very much. She knows a lot of commands and is housetrained. This should make her transition into a new home pretty seamless. She is a very sweet, gentle girl who would love to find a soft place to land as soon as possible. She is small for a Shepherd mix and has lived in an apartment previously, so she won't need a lot of space to feel comfortable. Luna would be open to meeting your current dog or your children as well. Come make this lovely girl your new companion today! *If you can see me, I'm still available! We prefer initial adoption steps to be done via email, this way we can answer any time of day.
