Story
Thank you for your interest in an NBSR dog. Amber is a super sweet little girl who would fit in most anywhere.....she is just the happiest puppy! She and her siblings came into us from another rescue who got in over their heads and asked us to take these little darlings. They are all fully vetted when the other rescue got them but they were too young for a rabies at that time.....so we are making appointments for them to get those done and they will be ready for their new homes and loving families. Please visit our website to fill out our online adoption application at your earliest convenience.....please make sure to indicate the dog's name that you are interested in adopting. One of our volunteers will get it processed and get back to you via email, so make sure to watch your email and if you don't hear from us, please send us an email and we will investigate it for you. We can then set up an appointment for you to come out and meet a dog of your choosing, who is a good match for your family and lifestyle.        New Beginnings Shepherd Rescue is a volunteer based rescue, we work very hard to help as many adoptable GSDs as possible. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters across the country, so sadly we do not have any background information on them.....but we work very hard to get to know each and every dog brought into our program in need of a new beginning in their lives. We do not take animals with aggression problems (some may not like other dogs, cats, or may require older kids as opposed to younger children, but we will let you know everything that we know) most of these beautiful dogs have been faithful and loving family pets for their entire lives, yet still have lost their homes and families through no fault of their own. If you are interested in opening your heart and home to one of these amazing dogs please fill out our adoption application at https://www.newbeginningsrescue.com/adoption-application and we will get back in touch after we get it processed. If you don't hear from us in 3 days, please send us a gentle reminder and one of us will get right on it. Please indicate the dog you are interested in meeting, where it says preference on the application! You may also email julie@newbeginningsrescue.com , we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. If you give them your heart, they will give you theirs.  May 6, 2024, 9:47 am

Story
Woof! Hey there, I'm Ace, and I've got quite the story to tell. You see, I wasn't always living the ruff life. I was caught up in a tough situation—a hoarding situation, to be exact. The woman in charge was charged with animal cruelty, and rightfully so. It was a tough time for all of us. In that chaotic environment, I didn't have much structure or love. It was a struggle just to survive each day. But despite everything, I held onto hope. And now, here I am, ready to turn over a new leaf and find my forever home. Sure, I might have some trust issues, especially when it comes to sharing my toys. Can you blame me after what I've been through? But deep down, I'm still that intelligent, confident guy who's eager to learn and eager to love. If you don't have some patience, I may not be the one for you. At 6 years old, I've seen my fair share of hardships, but I haven't lost my spirit. I'm already neutered and ready to start fresh with a family who understands my breed and is willing to give me the love and patience I need to thrive. So if you're up for the challenge of helping me heal and grow, I promise to repay you with endless loyalty and affection. Let's leave the past behind us and start a new chapter together. Are you ready to give this survivor the loving home he deserves? &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143  The adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccinations and deworming, Frontline application, spay or neuter surgery, collar, ID tag and a leash.  A $35 (non-refundable) deposit will hold the pet for you for 5 days.  Call 803-536-3918 for more information or email at: aro.spca@outlook.com. May 2, 2024, 4:33 pm
