Story
I adopted Lucky from Lexington County Animal Service in Jun 28th, 2022. He was a 4-month-old neutered puppy, very cute and friendly. After two years, he becomes a two-year-old young boy. He likes to play with kids and little dogs but is scared of big dogs with bad temper LOL. I walk him twice, in the morning and night. He never barks at home, except he sees some strangers come into home. I'm an international graduate student here. I didn't have any pets before. I felt so lonely when I moved here and I thought I can have a dog to give me more company. Lucky gave me a lot happiness but also taught me a lot. It's not easy to keep a pet, not only just feed them, but also treat them like families. Unfortunately, I'm confronting some issues in my study and research. There are so many uncertainties for my future. I feel I can't give him a good environment to live. I don't want to send him back to the shelter. I hope to help him find a lovely home and nice families. He deserves better life.

Meet Ash, a 3-year-old male German Shepherd mix! Ash is a lovable goofball who absolutely adores treats. He is super smart and alreadyknows commands like sit and down, plus he is very food-motivated so teaching him more commands should be a breeze! Ash is playful and fun! He loves chasing a ball, and you'll often find him with a toy in his mouth, ready for playtime. He likes to bark at his toys as well, so cute! Ash gets along with other dogs.He was surrendered by his owner skinny and in need of some assistance with his skin. He is currently being treated for demodex and allergies as well as receiving tons of food to get back to a healthy weight. He's a lovable and energetic companion who will be a fantastic companion! We promised Ash that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life.
