Story
Raven is my name and kind of like a raven, I am a 'loner'... except for the puppies i had when I arrived at the rescue... I was saved by a trapper on the streets, they weren't even there to save ME that day, but they did!!! I am obviously a beautiful girl, big and solid as well as black and brindly. I am a loving girl, in my own way... i lived on the streets for who knows how long and I honestly am not a cuddly girl or even a sit by your feet dog, YET... I have all kinds of love to give, you can see in my eyes that I have always dreamed of someone with the patience to love me for who I am and who I can be!! I am great on a leash and do love walking around and exploring. I am good with other dogs and likely would do best with another dog who is calm and confident with his/her family. I am so so ready for you, I have the shepherd double coat so I will shed in your house, must have a great vacuum cleaner and tolerance of hair :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Bear is a handsome German Shepherd with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. Hes wonderfully sweet, just on the shy side, and truly blossoms when given time, patience, and kindness. Bear loves people and does well with other dogs, making him a great companion in the right home. Hes already got some great life skills under his belt he is housebroken, crate trained, and rides well in the car, so hes ready to settle into a routine. Because Bear can be timid in new situations, he will need a patient, understanding adopter who is willing to let him move at his own pace. Continued guidance will be important, and his adoption will require working with a licensed professional trainer to help build his confidence and help him reach his full potential. With consistency, gentle encouragement, and love, Bear will make an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. Hes just waiting for someone willing to see the amazing dog he already is Adoption fees are $350 unless otherwise stated. Senior dog adoption fees are $200. 100% of adoption fees are put back into the rescue so that another lonely and neglected dog can be rescued. We are grateful for your interest. Upon approval, the adoption fee is non-refundable. The fee includes the following: de-worming; heartworm, lymes, ehrlichia and anaplasmosis testing; all vaccinations including rabies; flea and tick treatment, microchipping and spay/neuter. Story
Kiara is a 15-week-old GSD/Lab mix who is just beginning to learn that life doesnt have to be about fighting for food or never getting to go outside. This sweet girl has already been through more than any puppy should, but shes discovering what safety, love, and comfort feel like. She has a playful side but is still very timid. Kiara lives for cuddles and is slowly learning that toys can actually be fun as her confidence grows. With patience and a gentle home, this special girl is going to absolutely shine. Watching Kiara learn how to just be a puppy is truly something special. *Kiara requires an owner that must be willing to continue Kiara's training with a licensed trainer upon adoption. Kiara arrived at our rescue extremely shut down. With time, shes learning the world isnt so scary and will do best with an understanding, patient owner.* Adoption fees are $350 unless otherwise stated.
