Story
This is Br'er. He is one of the "bunny boys". He and his three siblings were born the night before Easter. He is the largest of the litter at 20 lbs however, these are still small breed pups. This Br'er is stunning with his tiny features and those XL listeners. You will fall madly in love with this little firecracker. I would say out of all of the puppies, he's the one with the old soul. A secure fence would be ideal for this athletic playful track star. Please text me at 423-653-9895 to request our adoption questionnaire.

Story
Sometimes, all a good dog needs is a fresh start and a little bit of "me time." Gus, a handsome 5-year-old Feist mix, came to us after living in a home where he was constantly overshadowed by his dominant sister. This led to some anxiety and "nipping" behaviors because he simply didn't know how to handle the world on his own. Fast forward through two weeks of professional training, and Gus is a completely different dog! He has discovered his confidence, learned that the leash is a gateway to adventure (not something to fear), and has blossomed into a focused, eager-to-please companion. He’s looking for a home where he can be the "only child" or live with a very calm dog so he can continue to shine.

Story
Hi, I’m Eddie! I’m a 4½-year-old Min Pin/Jack Russell mix weighing around 38 pounds. I’m a fun-loving guy with a calm, friendly personality who enjoys being around people and making new friends. I have a sweet nature and a good balance of playful energy and laid-back companionship. Life hasn’t always been easy for me. I came in as a stray and ended up in a home where the other dogs were not very kind to me, and I was injured after being attacked. Even after all of that, I’ve stayed loving and gentle and still enjoy getting attention and affection from people. I’d really love a safe, caring home where I can finally relax and feel secure. I’m ready for a fresh start with someone who will give me the love and kindness I deserve. Might that be you? If you are intereseted in learning more about Eddie please fill out the adoption application found on our MARC website www.marc4change.org Eddie's adoption fee is $275.00

Story
Panda (35 Pounds of Nonstop Energy & Zero Chill) 🐼🐾 Panda. Panda. Panda. Buckle up. This little guy is about 35 pounds, just over a year old, and came to us as a scared stray pup — and wow has he found his confidence. Panda prances when he walks (yes, prances), is extremely paw-y (his paws will find you for attention), and is also quite mouthy if you dare stop paying attention for more than 2.5 seconds. He’s not aggressive — he’s just very committed to being noticed. This boy is a fetch fanatic. Throw the ball once and you’ve signed up for a lifetime contract. He will chase it and bring it back every single time, repeatedly, forever, until the sun burns out. Because of that, Panda needs an active home that can keep up with him both physically and mentally. Panda is generally a very happy guy and enjoys playing with other dogs, though he sometimes prefers the hot chicks over the furry boys (hey, we don’t judge). That said, he can be a bit much for some dogs — Panda does not come with an “off switch,” and not everyone appreciates that level of enthusiasm. Because he can nip for attention or when he feels intimidated, Panda needs an experienced dog owner who understands energetic, mouthy young dogs. He is not recommended for first-time dog owners or homes with children. 📍 Located in Cleveland, TN 🚗 Transport available to other states 💲 Adoption fee: $150 If you’re looking for a fun-sized, high-energy dog who will keep you moving, laughing, and throwing a ball nonstop — Panda is your guy. 🐶🎾

Story
Meet Momo, a sweet and gentle 10-year-old senior who is blossoming more each day in her foster home in San Antonio, TX. Don’t let her age fool you—her vet says she is in great health, and she has so much love left to give! This darling girl may have started off a little shy, but once she feels safe, her affectionate personality truly shines. Momo now loves being held and cuddled, happily soaking up attention from her people and forming strong bonds with those she trusts. Momo is wonderfully well-rounded and gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and kids, making her a great fit for a variety of households. She would also do well as an only dog, as she truly enjoys soaking up attention and bonding closely with her people. She has excellent manners in the home—she is potty trained and knows how to use a doggie door, which makes her an easy and low-maintenance companion. At night, Momo’s favorite place to be is curled up on the couch, enjoying a cozy and peaceful sleep near her humans. While she isn’t a fan of being in a kennel, she does very well when given a small, quiet space sectioned off with a baby gate where she feels safe and secure. Momo would thrive in a patient, loving home that will continue to build her confidence and give her the affection she craves. She’s the perfect mix of gentle, loving, and loyal—and she’s ready to find a forever family who will cherish her just as much as she will adore them. You can apply directly for Momo by clicking the Apply for Adoption button on the linked page. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-838 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
This precious little girl was found in a extremely dangerous situation. I had seen a post about a dog running on the side of a busy four lane. In the pics I thought that she looked like a medium sized pup, maybe 30 lb. Regardless of her size, she needed help & she needed it fast. I had a quick conversation with the man above and said ,"If you need my help, you need to let me spot her on way to town today". Sure enough there she was, I spotted her immediately. This baby was so tiny and very pregnant. For several days I worked on building our relationship. I had learned her routine and found her safe place where I fed her daily. The following morning I set a trap and crossed my fingers and toes. Against all odds ,I got her within an hour & this little girl was exhausted and appeared so relieved. A few weeks later on Easter eve, CoCo Bunny gave birth to four adorable little nuggets "the bunny boys". She is such a special soul, excellent mommy and though she is learning to trust, she will LOVE you like you hung the moon. Her only quirk is that she wants to be with you 24/7. I personally think its because she doesn't want to be left behind ever again. I'm not going to label her "special needs" because her needs are really basic. It's about finding her person, that one needle in the haystack that loves as intensely as Coco does and will give her the attention that she deserves & craves.
