Story
This puppy is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $250 if picked up in TN, $325 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Biscuit is a little bundle of personality with springs for legs and a heart that wants to be right in the middle of the action! She is 3 months old and is currently 9 lbs and growing! This spunky, loving Fiest / Terrier mix (best guess) puppy is playful, curious, affectionate, and always ready for her next adventure. Whether she is wrestling with the big dogs, playing with the teenagers, or bouncing with excitement at mealtime, Biscuit keeps life entertaining. For all her puppy antics, Biscuit has an especially sweet and cuddly side. She is a true little shadow who loves being close to her people. One of her favorite places to nap is curled up behind her foster while they work at the computer. When playtime is over, she is happy to settle in for some serious snuggling. Biscuit is very food motivated and already knows sit, stay, come, down, and back. She is learning to go to her kennel on cue and is doing wonderfully with housetraining. She sleeps in her kennel at night, stays there when her foster is away, and lets them know when she needs to go outside. Like any young puppy, she is still learning what belongs in her mouth, especially while teething! Biscuit loves other dogs and enjoys a good wrestling match with her bigger canine friends. She has also done well around a cat, teenagers, young children, and new people. She is still working on her puppy manners, so her playful mouthing and enthusiasm will need continued guidance. She is learning to walk nicely on a leash and is an excellent little car rider who would happily curl up in your lap for a nap. Biscuit would love an active, affectionate family who wants to include her in everyday life, provide plenty of play and training, and continue helping her grow into the wonderful companion she is becoming. A playful canine friend would be a wonderful bonus! If you're ready for a fun-loving puppy with a cuddly heart and a whole lot of personality, reach out to A.A.R.F. by text at 931-260-8018 to learn more about adopting Biscuit.  Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. October 16, 2026, 4:33 pm

Story
Meet one of the Dolly Parton Litter puppies! Mama and puppies came to JoJo's the day after the world lost Dolly Parton, so we named this litter in her memory. Sweet mama Dolly's neglectful owner did not get her spayed and she had a litter of 7 puppies. She and the puppies were in a terrible situation – tied up and many times not even within reach of food and water. Dolly, though, was an absolutely incredible mom to these puppies. When they came to us at 8 weeks old, they had never had puppy food yet – they were still nursing and sweet Dolly was letting them and still taking care of them weeks after she should have been able to start weaning. The puppies immediately gobbled up puppy food – they were more than ready to start eating – and Dolly was very happy to give up her mama role. Dolly is a sweet girl and is coming out of her shell now that she doesn't have to be guarding and protecting her puppies. The puppies are all adorable, well-nourished now, and got a clean bill of health from our vet when they got their first round of puppy shots. Considering the circumstances they came from, this is pretty amazing. Although we don't know what mama is, she is about 40 lbs and 4 years old. She has pointy ears and we're thinking maybe a Feist or small Shepherd mix based on size and appearance, but that is just a guess. We believe that Dad dog must have been a Labrador Retriever because that is what every single puppy looks like. At 8 weeks they all weigh right around 8 lbs, so are on target to be about 60 lb adult dogs. If you think you might want to give this sweet pup a home, please email jojosdogrescue@gmail.com and we will send you an application, or visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download one. Adoption fee is $250, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, and microchip with lifetime registration. Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters!

Story
There's something about Harry This adorable little guy was found in a ditch by a good Samaritan who took him in until they could find a rescue to help him. Can you even imagine how something like that might happen? But he's all good now He was estimated to be about 4 months old at the time they found him and he's been with us three weeks until we could get him a vet visit and vaccinations. Our vet estimated he is about six months old. He weighed 18 lbs at his exam, so he is likely to stay under 25 lbs when full grown -- although if he grows into those ears, he will be 80 lbs! He has great big ears, but only half a tail! Harry is just the sweetest boy to everyone he meets, and he loves playing with all kinds of other dogs in doggy daycare. If you'd like to give a small-ish love bug a forever home, please email jojosdogrescue@gmail.com and we will send you an application, or visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download one.
