Story
Hi, my name is Moe, and the rescue says I`m around 9 years old, a lab mix with a youthful spirit and a heart full of love. Despite my age, I still have plenty of energy and enthusiasm for life, especially around girl doggies!I absolutely love going on walks, where I can explore the outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. Car rides are another one of my favorite activities. I relish the chance to feel the wind in my fur and take in all the sights and smells. Oh, and treats, did I mention treats? They are so yummy, and I promise I will be gentle when you give them to me!!! Speaking of gentle, my foster says that I am very gentle and polite, I am potty trained, and I also know how to use a doggie door if you have one.I get along wonderfully with other dogs that have my same energy, and if there are girl doggies around, I really perk up! I am a great companion for canine playdates; whether they are big or small, I love them all!I am curious about cats, but I am not sure what they are, so I will bark at them and chase my foster`s cat, but if it is sitting in their lap, I don`t really care about it; it may be best to be in a cat-free home.I am happiest when I am with my human. I love snuggling on the couch with my foster and following her around the house. I would love to sleep with her too, but I can`t, so I have a big, comfortable bed with a soft blanket that is all my own, and I do fine until she gets up. My foster says that I am incredibly affectionate and loyal, and it is so nice when she rubs my chest and tells me what a good boy I am! I like to keep her warm when we are lying on the couch, and I love going on adventures in the neighborhood and in the car! Whether it`s lounging on the couch, going on adventures, or just being by your side, I am always ready to share my love and affection.I am located in Houston, Texas, and can be transported to most states for a $300.00 fee

Story
Mavis is a 3-year-old, 55-pound sweetheart with a quiet soul and a heart full of love. Though she is shy at first she becomes a loyal and affectionate companion.Mavis feels most confident around other dogs and truly shines in their company—she`s submissive, playful, and clearly finds comfort in her furry friends. Because of this, a home with another friendly dog would help her blossom even more. She’s fully potty trained, crate trained, and housebroken. While she’s a bit shy around kids, she melts for tummy rubs, quiet snuggles, and gentle attention from the humans she knows and trusts.Car rides can be a little scary at first, but Mavis settles down nicely once she feels secure. At night, she loves sleeping in her cozy dog bed right next to yours, and during the day, you might find her napping happily in your bed if given the chance.Mavis is also a bit of a foodie—she loves her kibble mixed with wet food and looks forward to mealtime with joy.If you`re a patient, loving person with a calm home and possibly another dog to show her the ropes, Mavis could be your perfect match. She`s ready to give her heart to the right family.Mavis is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for a $300 fee.
