Story
Meet Zuri! Our beautiful little girl that is mixed with all sorts of gorgeous dog elements that include most probably Border Collie/Husky mix.  This crystal blue eyed girl has waited a long time to have her chance to be offered for adoption.  You see she was part of a cruelty case back in October and was severely malnourished and was pregnant with babies.  All her pretty babies have been adopted but poor Zuri was left behind.  She was taken from the small TN shelter last month to decompress and learn some home/family life.  She is ready now for a wonderful new family to call her own .  This girl is a mature and settled 3-4 years old, spayed, UTD on vaccinations, HW- and ready for the good life with a family that will love and cherish her forever. Her beautiful blue eyes and open personality will make you love her instantly.  This girl loves to run and play in the yard with other dogs and absolutely loves the water! She does good as your passenger in the car for pup cup runs and would do good in a home with older, dog savvy children that are 10 years and above. She is still learning not to pull on her leash and is doing very good at her sit command. Zuri just wants her chance to prove that she’s a great family member and cuddle up with you at night!  If you are interested in this housebroken, crate trained, pretty girl that deserves the best life from her on out…please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 22, 2024, 9:55 pm

Story
Our handsome young small Lab mix boy named Finnick is the sweetest and most adaptable dog you could ever adopt.  He like a miniature Lab that is only 35 pounds and was born in around August of 2023.  This dog is in a foster home with two other dogs, 3 cats and two empty nester adults. His foster mom calls him “AMAZING”. Despite not having a good  start in life, he’s a well-adjusted, trusting, and loving soul.  He just wants to bond with the people he lives with and we have promised that we will search high and low for a truly wonderful family or person to make him a part of their life. This guy called “Finn” for short, is cuddly to the max and wants to be held and snuggled.  He’s smart as a whip and training is a breeze because his sole aim is to please his person.  You don’t need training treats, just give him positive attention and he’s at your command. He has a great nose too and can find whatever might be hidden, be it moles in the soil or crumbs under the fridge. When meeting new people, he’s cool and calm and a little bit introverted but never shows the least bit of aggression and is quick to warm up and become  friends after just a few minutes. Give it a little more time and shower him with pets and praise and then you’ve got a true blue buddy for life. He spent an evening with a human toddler and was soon buds by the end of the evening.  With his easy-going temperament, quick trainability, and loving nature he could easily become a therapy or service dog.  He looks like a small version (35lbs) of a black lab with a white chest blaze. A mini-lab . . . what could ever top that for a perfect canine companion? If you are interested in this loveable boy then contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 22, 2024, 9:55 pm

Story
My name is Milo Magoo and I am a 3 year old Golden Doodle with a birthday that is coming in the next few days… to turn 3 yrs. old.  I weigh 80 pounds and I am looking for an attentive and dog training family that will really shape and polish me to be the spectacular dog that I have the potential to be.  My current family really has no time to work with me to shape me in to a dog with great manners and emotional control.   I am bored in this home and I need physical and mental stimulation and fun challenges to do.  I am very happy, sweet, and very active with running and playing.  I am a male that is ALL BOY and if I had my wish I would say to adopt me if you have a girl dog in the family.   I would love to have a girlfriend for life!  When I am bored my favorite, yet dangerous, thing to do is eat socks.  So please watch that if you take me home.  It is totally out of boredom.   Critter Cavalry Rescue is tryng to change all this by placing me in the right home that they will review closely.   I am a silver tawny coloring and people just ohhhhh and ahhhhh over the color of my coat of  hair.  If you would like to adopt me please email right away at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Mention in the email where you live!!!   That helps so much too.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.July 22, 2024, 9:55 pm
