At 75 pounds and 6 years old, this beautiful Labrador mix is a BIG bundle of love with an even BIGGER personality! 🥰 Desi is the kind of girl who is always ready for an adventure—but at the end of the day, she'd really prefer to be sitting in your lap. Yes, even if she absolutely does NOT fit! 😂❤️

🦮 Working on Leash Skills — Desi is a strong girl and can pull when she spots another dog or gets overly excited to head out the door. She's learning that patience gets her where she wants to go! 💪🐾

🍽️ A Little Sibling Sass — Just like human siblings, Desi doesn't always appreciate her foster siblings trying to grab her food or hog all the human attention. 😂 She'd prefer to enjoy her meals in peace and have her fair share of cuddle time, thank you very much!
🫶 Professional Lap Dog — At 75 pounds, Desi has apparently never heard of the concept of "too big for your lap." 😂 If there's a human lap available, she WILL attempt to occupy it.
🐾 Big Body, Bigger Heart — Desi is playful, affectionate, adventurous, and happiest when she's included in whatever her people are doing.

MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com
If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training and grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters
