He may be cautious at first, but he is not intimidated, even big dogs do not faze him. He carries himself with quiet confidence and a steady spirit. Goose loves his people, big and small, and enjoys attention, but he is also wonderfully independent. While his brothers are busy wrestling outside, he is perfectly content grabbing a toy and entertaining himself. He is the kind of pup who can balance affection and adventure with ease. He is a sweet, happy boy, but do not expect him to sit still for endless snuggles, he has important puppy business to attend to. Goose is curious, thoughtful, and full of personality, and he is going to grow into a loyal, well rounded companion. Baylor has a huge heart and an even bigger love for people. She is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and happiest when she’s cuddling next to her favorite humans getting pets and attention. Baylor still has plenty of playful energy for walks, fetch, and swimming — two of her absolute favorite activities — but she is also content to relax and nap most of the day. She is well-trained and knows commands including sit, down, shake, place, and speak. Baylor has lived with young children (currently ages 1 and 3) and has always been gentle and loving with them. She enjoys being around people and thrives on companionship. Baylor can do well with other dogs in the right environment. She enjoys playing with dogs in many situations, but she does have leash reactivity and may bark at dogs through fences or windows. She has also had past incidents involving resource guarding with other dogs, including fights over food or toys. Most recently, she redirected during a dog fight and bit a person who intervened. Outside of these situations, she has not shown aggression toward humans, but because of her size and history, her next home should be experienced and able to carefully manage dog interactions and resource situations. Her ideal home would be with adults or families with older children, preferably with a secure backyard where she can play and relax safely. Baylor would thrive with someone who appreciates affectionate, loyal dogs and is willing to provide structure and thoughtful management around other animals. She has so much love to give and deserves a home where she can continue being the sweet, happy companion she has always been.
