Story
Copper is part of a bonded pair. He (age 8) and Dakota (age 8 1/2, also listed) have been part of our family of 5 (husband, wife, 3 kids at ages 5, 7, and 9) for the last 7 years. We adopted them around age 1 1/2 and 2yrs. They were best friends immediately, and still play together. They hiked a lot in the past, and love regular walks, but do not require as much exercise as they did when they were younger. Our daughter was having severe coughing issues and we recently found out she is allergic to dogs. We were devastated, because these dogs are a very important part of our family. We are also moving overseas soon, and do not have the means to ensure that our dogs can get safely overseas with us. Because of these two reasons, we decided it was necessary for our dogs to find a new home. If it is possible, we are praying that Copper and Dakota can stay together, and be adopted into the same home.

Meet Little Woman! Little Woman, like her sibling Little Man, is not accustomed to domestic norms like walking on leash. So Little Woman needs a patient owner who is no stranger to unsocialized dogs. She just became available for adoption, so we have yet to temperament test her and see how she does with other dogs. However, she is very sweet as much as she is shy due to her being a sweet novice when it comes to socializing. If Little Woman sounds like the perfect match for you, come stop by and meet her today!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Denim is one of 7 dogs transferred to us from a rescue near the Mexico border. He is ivory with tan spots. They are an unknown mix (Lab? terrier?) and are expected to be between 50-80 pounds given their current size and weight. Demin is about 75 pounds now. They are super cute pups with lots of puppy energy! Denim is not good with kids.  He needs a quiet home with a low activity level.  He wants to be in your lap when you are watching tv.  His sister Wisteria is also available.  We are doing a two for one special for this pair.Our puppy/dog adoption fee includes: spay/neuter at 3-4 months old with our vet in San Bernardino, current shots, treatment for fleas and worms, microchip implantation and registration.  Pets can be adopted on line and picked up in store.  Our regular adoption events are on Sundays from 12-4 at the Fontana Petco.  Foster families are always needed, especially during the Spring/Summer "kitten and puppy" season. If you have a little corner in your home for a cage and a few weeks, WE NEED YOU!
