Story
Meet Willy! Willy is a bright and lovable pup who came to us to work on his reactivity toward men and to improve his overall obedience. While he was initially unsure and reactive in certain situations, Willy has made impressive progress through consistent training, structure, and positive reinforcement. With time and trust, Willy has shown his sweet and eager-to-please nature. He's learned to stay calm in new environments, respond to commands reliably, and build confidence around the people who once made him nervous. Willy is a great example of how patience, guidance, and the right support can help a dog grow into their best self. We're so proud of how far he's come!   ##2499010##

Story
MEET INDIE. Indie started out as a homeless dog, rescued from a camp where she was found with a large open wound and severe burn marks. Despite everything she’s been through, Indie’s heart is still wide open. She can be quite vocal at times, but it’s simply her way of asking for love and attention. What she wants most is a couch—or better yet, a lap—to curl up on, because cuddling is her specialty. We believe Indie may be an American Foxhound mix, and she has the playful, happy personality to match. She’s a true Velcro dog who wants to be right by her person’s side at all times. When she gets excited, her little nub wags like crazy, and she loves to run, hop, and bounce around when she plays. Indie is affectionate, joyful, and loyal, and she’s ready for a home where she can finally feel safe, loved, and right where she belongs.

Story
Bo is an American Fox hound full of personality! He was abandoned and tied to a tree when he was found approximately 12 months ago. His name was inspired by the Dukes of Hazard, Bo Duke. He is incredibly athletic and would love an active home/person. He should get along with most other dogs, best if the dog is more his size or bigger. He is very low key during the day and very content to sleep most of it. He is happy to hang in his crate and does not get anxious or destructive. He has learned most commands, sit, stay, OK, down, shake, and most important comes when you call his name! House broken. He doesn't seem to be afraid of much, curiously confident. He is a very sweet and happy dog! He would be a great tracking dog, his nose is incredible, like most hound dogs. Bo was originally just going to be a foster, but I wanted to have more control over who his new Mom or Dad would be, so we adopted him. Bo is ready for his new forever home.

Story
Sweet isn’t the right word. She loves well. She’s most comfortable with female humans. My 9 and 13 year olds are her favorite humans and she listens to the 9 year old best. She has become quite protective and I would like to fill you in with great detail to insure she’s placed permanently. She came to me very young but, came from an abusive community and was very attached to her mom. The plan was for me to foster until she was able to take her back. That hasn’t worked out and now, I’m in a position that she has become a liability or codependent might be another way of putting it. We are very attached and this will be a challenging separating. For that reason, I’m also late asking… because I didn’t want to. So, here we are… in need of speedy placement of excellent quality in a timely manner. Not asking for much. Just perfect and patient. She deserves it.
