Story
My name is COOKIE! I'm a very sweet and kind Foxhound mx who is 1-2 years old. I was found by a really nice couple when I was lost and they fell in love with me and brought me home. The only problem was their other dog didn't love me so much and didn't like sharing his parents or his home. I'm great with other dogs and love everyone I meet so I wasn't the problem but he lived there first. :( The nice couple brought me to a Vet's office and I'm in boarding now. I'm very sad because I'm homeless again and I'm praying a loving and kind adopter finds me. I'm fully grown at 45 pounds, super smart and very handsome as you can see in my photos. I promise to be a devoted companion who will return all your love ten-fold. Please come get me!! Reach out to Long Road Home Rescue (lrhrescue@gmail.com)

Story
This handsome boy is Bandit. His adoption fee is FULLY SPONSORED by a generous donor, meaning he is FREE TO A GOOD HOME! Bandit is 4-years-old and weighs 75 lb. He is a hound mix but doesn't have the long floppy ears or the baying voice. Bandit is at a foster home, not at our shelter. Bandit is a very sweet dog who loves any kind of attention. His goofy ears are sure to catch anybody's attention. Bandit loves to be with people and go on adventures. He rides great in the car! Bandit is a people's dog and immediately loves anybody he meets. He would like to be in a home where he isn't alone for long hours. Although Bandit is an active boy who does like to play, he's just happy to be doing anything as long as it's with people. He likes meeting other dogs and playing with them, but he would also be fine as the only dog in the home. Due to his size, Bandit would do best with kids 10 and up. He does need a cat-free home. If you love big dogs, Bandit may be the boy for you! Bandit is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. If you would like to meet/adopt Bandit, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms. Email daws@daws.org if you need assistance or have any questions.
