Story
Valentine is a four year old Great Pyr/hound mix. We adopted him 3 years ago, and he lived happily on our rural property, keeping watch. We recently moved for my husband's job, and we were able to unexpectedly buy a house. We were hopeful he could adapt to "city life," but unfortunately it seems like he is getting more and more stressed. He is not used to so many people walking around, and he doesn't seem to know what to do with himself. I think an ideal home for him would be rural or semi-rural, with a large fenced yard/property. He is super loveable and wants nothing more than all your attention and a good head scratch. He is also very loyal and well with other dogs as long as they are intruduced first at someone's home. He does not do well with strange dogs walking past the house, and ideally he would not be able to see anyone walking by. We love him so much, but are hoping to find him a hope that lets him fully be himself
