Story
Some dogs give their whole heart right away—Bandito is the kind who saves his biggest love for someone truly special. This charming boy shines brightest in the right environment, and he's looking for an adopter who appreciates what makes him wonderfully unique. Bandito adores people and forms incredibly strong bonds with those he trusts. Getting there requires an adopter who can read his cues, respect his boundaries, and understand that good things come to those who wait. But once he knows you're his person? Get ready for a goofy, playful companion who loves nothing more than being by your side. Whether he's chasing his favorite ball around the yard, exploring the neighborhood on a casual walk, or melting into the couch for snuggle time, Bandito brings joy and personality to everything he does. He just needs it to happen on his timeline, in his safe space. Bandito's Dream Setup: -A peaceful, adults-only home where he's the star of the show -A yard for epic fetch sessions (or a quiet apartment sanctuary—he's flexible!) -All the love and attention his big heart deserves. If you're looking for a devoted companion, Bandito might just be your perfect match. Curious about this special guy? Contact us to learn more!

Story
Meet Paco – Your Loyal Shadow and Playful Pup Paco is a handsome brown and white hound mix with a heart as big as his floppy ears. This affectionate boy is thriving in his foster home and is now ready to find a forever family of his very own — ideally one with a fenced yard, a playful dog friend, and humans who will include him in their daily life. He really loves children and will happily play with them for hours. He bonds deeply and loves nothing more than being close to his people. Paco is house-trained, crate trained, great on a leash, and eager to please. He loves to romp and wrestle with other dogs and is surprisingly respectful around chickens — a true southern gentleman. He has been around cats and does well with them. After a fun day, Paco prefers to sleep snuggled up with his foster mom, but he also does great overnight in a crate when needed. Being outdoors is Paco’s happy place. He enjoys exploring, sunbathing, and relaxing in the grass, and he’s a fan of splashing in the water to cool off on warm days. Car rides are becoming more comfortable for him, and with continued positive experiences, he’ll soon be a confident travel buddy. Paco is the perfect match for someone seeking a loyal, cuddly, dog-friendly companion with a sweet spirit and a playful heart. If you’re ready for a devoted shadow who will follow you from the garden to the couch, look no further — Paco is ready to love you for life. Paco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX and is available for transport out of state. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
Meet “Barry” (Baron von Houndstooth) Barry is an 8-year-old, 63-pound American Foxhound who looks like he should be sitting on a porch at sunset, quietly watching the world go by. The shelter describes him as calm, laid-back, thoughtful, and classy — a true Southern gentleman in every sense. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and has a tattoo in his ear indicating he was a once a hunting dog. Barry deserves a couch, a routine, and someone who sees what we see — a good boy who’s earned his peace. Please stay tuned as we learn more about him.
