Story
I’m reaching out in hopes of finding a loving, dog-free home for my 3-year-old female French Bulldog. She is a pied girl with a sweet, people-loving personality—she’s never met a stranger and is very food-motivated. She is fully vaccinated, up to date on heartworm prevention, and in good health. While she has always been affectionate, her behavior toward other dogs changed after having a litter of puppies. She has become nippy with other dogs, and I believe she would do best as the only dog in the home. That said, she coexists peacefully with cats and pays them little attention. This has been a tough decision, but I want what’s best for her overall wellbeing. I’d be grateful if your rescue could assist with her placement or connect me with someone who may be able to help.

Story
Sweet Lady is a unique case & needs a special home to live her best life! We've been Lady's foster since 2022. She had a TON of interest when we first began the search for her forever home (as she should, she's true gem!) but no applicants met her specific needs. After a year, we paused her foster status to try & work with some of her behavioral issues, even though our environment is not a suitable permanent option for her. Lady needs an experienced, loving, active, and patient parent to help continue improving & manage her reactivity & anxiety issues. Lady is non-aggressive to humans but cannot be in a home with other dogs, cats, or young children. (will consider larger/submissive dogs). She's a cuddle bug & perfect trail companion (no agro with passing dogs!) Requires meds for anxiety, skin allergies & has some food allergies. Her adopter must be prepared to provide extra care & patience. Despite her challenges, she is truly the funniest sweet girl who deserves a happily ever after!

Story
Koko is a sweet, 3-year-old dog who’s friendly, house-trained, and very quiet—I’ve only heard her bark once, and that was when the smoke alarm went off! I adopted her about a year ago, and she’s been a wonderful companion. She thrives in a home with multiple people or other dogs, as she enjoys company and interaction. Unfortunately, my work schedule has changed, and I’m no longer able to be home with her as much as I used to, which isn’t fair to her. Looking to get her in a loving home

Story
This sweet and hilarious chonky boy is Willis! He is 3 years old and weighs 26 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.   Willis was surrendered to a shelter with some obvious medical issues and quickly picked up by Rescue Me Georgia. He had infections in both ears and a large hematoma on his right ear. After successful surgery, Willis went to his foster family  and began his medical rehab and began to get himself into incredible shape.   Willis’ foster home includes a foster dad, foster mom, 2 high school children and 4 dogs ranging in size from 20 to 60 lbs. Although Willis gets along with all of his four-legged foster siblings, he much prefers to engage in play with only one of them at a time. He also has shown love to all of the humans in his foster home, but he truly seeks a deep bond and therefore has chosen his favorite and will follow that human around like a shadow.   Willis has been working his way down to his ideal weight and is extremely food motivated, he quickly learned the sit command knowing a treat was on its way.   He takes correction from dogs and people well but does not hold a grudge and will be back shortly to interact again.   Willis is house-trained and after a short adjustment period and learning where the door is, he routinely alerts his people when it is time. He understands that he should go outside to do his business, and his adoptive family should be prepared to take him out on a reasonable schedule until he understands the layout.   Willis is also crate-trained. He sleeps in his crate and will remain as quiet as a Frenchie can until he is let out. He will put himself in his crate from time to time while relaxing but may need a gentle nudge when it is time to be done for the night.   Willis' ideal forever home will be one that has experience with the breed and at least one owner that is around enough to form the bond he is seeking. Having one other friendly, patient, and well-behaved dog companion to continue show him the way would also be ideal.   Although the Goonies thought they hit it big discovering One Eyed Willy’s treasure, we know that the family that adopts One Eared Willis will really have hit the jackpot! Interested in adopting One Eared Willis? Email adrienne@rescuemega.org or fill out an adoption application on our website - www.rmgdogs.org PLEASE NOTE: Previous first hand ownership experience with purebred French Bulldogs is a STRICT requirement to adopt Willis, as is living within the Metro Atlanta area. Story
Meet Nog! Nog was surrendered, along with 2 others, by a breeder going out of business. When he first arrived at his foster home, Nog really had no idea how to be a dog in a loving home, but after lots of TLC and mentoring from the other dogs in his foster home, Nog has discovered that being part of a family is really cool so now he can't wait to have one of his very own! Nog is a 4 yr old purebred French Bulldog looking to join a tried and true Frenchie family. He's great with other dogs and loves people, well the grown ups anyway. Nog is still undecided on how he feels about tiny humans so he would do best in a home without kids under 12  Interested in adopting?
