Mordecai is a playful pup who enjoys going on walks and playing with toys. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a lots of love to give, Mordecai could be the perfect addition to your family.

Story
Nova is a 35lb adult (5yr-ish) French bulldog mix. She is incredibly sweet and affectionate and would love to find a forever home. She is still working on her housetraining (great with #1, still working on #2). She walks perfectly on a leash and adores snuggles and couch naps. She loves to show her excitement by wagging her whole body! She came into the rescue with a number of health issues - like most Frenchies - and needs an adopter who understands the financial committments of owning this wonderful, but expensive breed. She had a corneal ulcer (being treated with eye medication), a UTI (treated), unaltered (we fixed her), and with heartworms (she's on the slow kill treatment). Despite all of that, her spirit is amazing - full of love and happiness!! Nova is located in Houston TX and will only be transported upon completed adoption. Her adoption fee is $400. Inquiries will not be responded to unless a completed application has been sent. You can fill out an application at www.recycleddogsrescue.org. You must fill out all of the blanks in the application - put "n/a" if one question is not applicable to you.

Chapo is a gentle, loving dog who’s looking for a special home where he can feel safe and adored. Chapo is blind and has no eyes, so he’ll need a patient family to help him navigate the world, but what he lacks in sight, he more than makes up for in heart. Because he cannot see and can be sensitive to changes in his environment, Chapo would prefer a calm, neutral dog or cat friend who left him alone for the most part. He has a history of uccessfully interacting with children, but would prefer a calm home with a quiet routine.He absolutely loves getting pets, snuggling up close, and enjoying cozy time with his people. Toys are one of his favorite things, and he lights up when he gets to play.
