Biscuit is the perfect dog for someone looking for a relaxed companion. He's loving and just wants to be close to you for petting and loves to be cuddled. He's not a runner plating with him cosist of light wrestling (more like getting him to the ground and scratching his belly.) He listens well and easily trained. He's great with my children but get overwhelmed with more than 3 kids around him. He bit a 7 yr old when she startled him. This is why I need to get rid of him. It broke my heart to have to possibly have to put him down because he really is a great dog. For this reason he needs to be in a home without children. I love him but I can't have my toddlers around him and risk him bitting again. But he has never tried to bite me or my wife. If you're looking for a relaxed companion He's your guy. Please take care of Biscuit, he will shower you with love and all you have to do is let him by you and you will see for yourself.

Rescued pet from rain. no luck finding owner. we have tried looking out for friends or family who want a dog but can no longer keep him and are trying to avoid surrendering him. he’s about 11 months (unknown) and a sleepy dog. we walk a lot during the day so he usually is napping occasionally playing with toys. he’s very playful with us and our 4yr old. easily trained. loves cuddles. wants a yard to run in. he loves belly rubs. he has never shown aggression to anyone. he’s such a loving guy.

JACKSON DOB: 06.20.2019* Jackson was in a bad situation. He was wondering in the fields when a good samaritan working in those fields took him and Logan Red home but kept them outside 24/7 in triple digit heat. Paw Printz convinced the good samaritan that was not good for them so they surrendered the two dogs to Paw Printz. Now they are happy in the air conditioning after a good play in the yard. They tend to get a little rough in their play so need to be supervised carefully. Placing them in separate home would be best at this point. Jackson is still a bit skiddish around people but has come a long way. Even so, if inside and frightened he will piddle. Jack is neutered, housebroken (mostly), crate trained, current on vaccinations and microchipped. Natalie is shy with new people but opens up. We rescued her July 16, 2021 after she was living in the orchards and scavenging. She would come out in the darkness. Someone thought it was their dog so we set up to trap her. She has a microchip and we found out she was given away and no one wanted her anymore. We were told she wasn't good with other dogs. She just needs consistent training. She is good with other big dogs now that we've had her play with them during exercise/rehab time. She listens well so that makes it easier to keep her pushy side in check. She loves to play and tip her water over. She needs a home that can exercise her because she has a lot of energy. She's always happy.

I can be very playful and have that happy puppy energy when I'm comfortable. I was raised by a nice gentleman, so I feel more comfortable with males and will come around to men easier. With women, I need time, love and patience, but with treats and calming enrichment opportunities, I'll become easygoing with women.I was adopted from Valley Animal Center when I was a puppy back in 2019 but was surrendered back due to some complications with housing. I've had a hard time readjusting to the shelter environment. I feel afraid, stressed and anxious at times but will show my playful puppy side when I'm out with staff one-on-one. It takes me some time to warm up to people, but once I trust you, I'll be your best friend! 💕The adoption centers are open Wednesday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may also schedule a private meet-and-greet on Mondays and Tuesdays with a completed adoption application. My adoption fee is only $180 and includes spay, up to date on vaccines, de-worm, flea treatment, microchip ID, one free dog training consultation, and four daily dog park passes to Valley Animal Center's Dr. James W.
