He is such a fantastic boy and deserves the best family for the rest of his life! He does phenomenal with kids, LOVES to play with every dog he meets and even knows his basic commands! We seriously can't say enough great things about this beautiful boy! Best part of all is Mr Ricky is also kennel and house trained! Story
Bear is looking for his furever family and we're praying to find someone with GSD experience to take this extremely smart boy! He would do best in a home with experience dealing with either GSD or working breed knowledge. He is a lot of dog but if you're patient and consistent he would be one of the best dogs you've ever had! He does awesome on a leash, loves to go for rides and is a frisbee catching machine! He is also kennel and house trained! now for the not so good... Bear is a big boy and he knows it. He prefers to be the dominant dog of the household so a home of either all female dogs or submissive males would be ideal for him. His true to breed prey drive also makes him not a fan of cats. He will also resource guard his food if you give it to him then take it away which we do not do so we don't have a single issue. This is just what we were told by the owner. At his young age this can definitely be something that could be trained out of him and surely after being neutered it would correct some of his issues as well. His adoption fee is $275 and this will include his DAPPV booster, deworming, current flea and tick, neuter, 1 year Rabies vaccine, microchip and a heartworm test. Please call 618-833-4915 to come see him! Thank you! Are you interested in adopting this pet? Please click here: https://form.jotform.com/210158338747157 and fill out an application. Story
Seren Sadie is currently enrolled in the 12 week Puppies 4 Parole program through the Mo Department of Corrections.  She will graduate around January 15th and will be available for adoption at that time.  If you are interested in adopting Seren Sadie, please complete an application and the foster parent will contact you. Meet Seren Sadie a medium sized girl with a beautiful reddish coat. She is dog friendly and would love to have a dog friend in her new home. Sadie has not been cat tested, so not sure how she would do with cats. SHe would do great with older considerate kids.   Sadie has medium energy. She likes being outside, but wants her person to be outside with her. Sadie also enjoys walks, and does walk well with a harness.   House and crate trained. She prefers being crated at night near her people. If you would allow her to sleep with you even better.   Sadie rides quietly in the car. Sadie does have some stranger danger, and is leery around new people at first. She does best when visitors just ignore her and let her come to them on her terms. She does bark at new people and sounds, so may not do well in a apartment setting    Sadie is a really sweet dog but needs someone who will be patient with her and give her time to trust her new family. Once Sadie is comfortable with you, she will be your shadow. She is not much of a snugglier, but does like to be near you. Sadie really likes chicken as a treat, which can be used to build trust. With time and treats Sadie will be the perfect companion!     If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Seren Sadie’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. Story
WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🌟🐾 Meet Delilah — A Loving, Lively Girl Ready for Her Forever Adventure 🐾🌟 Delilah is a Shepherd/Cattledog mix (best guess), born 10/01/2021, weighing in at a healthy 55 lbs, and bursting with personality, affection, and zest for life. If you’re looking for a dog who will love you wholeheartedly and keep you smiling, Delilah might just be your girl. She is sweet, affectionate, and eager to please, soaking up attention like sunshine. Belly rubs? Yes please. Cuddles? Absolutely. A game of fetch or a splash in the water? Even better! Delilah thrives on interaction and loves being part of the action. Delilah does great with other dogs and enjoys their company, though she prefers to dine solo — a girl likes her personal space at mealtime, after all. No issues with people around her food or toys, just a polite request for her own bowl. She’s still polishing up her manners (sometimes those paws get a little excited!), but she’s learning quickly and wants to do right by her people. Because of her energy level and curiosity, Delilah would do best in a home without cats and with a secure, tall fence. She’s an explorer at heart and would love an active family who enjoys outdoor time, play sessions, and giving her the mental and physical stimulation she thrives on. 🐾 Delilah’s Highlights: ✅ Born 10/01/2021 ✅ 55 lbs of love and personality ✅ Sweet, affectionate, and people-oriented ✅ Great with other dogs ✅ Loves water, fetch, and belly rubs ✅ Active and playful ✅ Eats separately from other dogs ✅ Needs a secure yard & no cats Delilah is the kind of dog who will make you laugh, keep you moving, and remind you every day how special the bond between a dog and their person can be. With the right home, she’s going to absolutely shine. ✨ Apply today at haydudeequine.org and give Delilah the loving home she’s been waiting for. 🐾💛
