At just four months old, this Mastiff/Shepherd mix has already come such a long way. Jimbo arrived to us as a very scared stray, pressing himself to the back of his kennel and unsure of the world around him. Everyday things we take for granted — leashes, gentle pets, toys, even slick floors — were completely new and overwhelming. He would often scoot under a desk to feel safe if someone approached him. But Jimbo has been bravely working on his confidence, and it has been incredible to watch him blossom. With patience and reassurance, he’s learning that hands bring kindness, leashes mean adventures, and people can be pretty wonderful. He now seeks out attention and absolutely loves soaking up gentle pets and praise. His soft eyes and growing tail wags tell the story of a puppy who is discovering that the world isn’t so scary after all. Jimbo does great with other dogs and gains confidence from his canine friends. He’s curious about cats but respectful of their space. As a Mastiff/Shepherd mix, he is going to be a big boy and will need room to stretch those long legs and continue growing into the gentle giant we know he’ll be. A home with space to roam and a family committed to continuing his confidence-building journey will help him thrive. He’s a smart, loyal boy who forms strong bonds with his people and enjoys walks, outdoor adventures, and simply being by your side. Tez is looking for an adult-only home where he can be the only pet. While he can be social and playful with other dogs in outdoor or neutral environments, he prefers not to share his home or personal items. Tez has shown resource-guarding behaviors, meaning he may become protective over things like food. With clear boundaries, consistency, and an experienced adopter who can read dog body language, he manages well and continues to make progress. In the right environment, Tez is an incredibly devoted companion who will reward his person with loyalty, affection, and a lifelong friendship. Tez is an All-Star dog! Ernie is a 10-month-old Shepard / Husky mix. He is up to date with all vaccinations and has been neutered and has a microchip. He is smart and loves walks, Ernie is one of the gentlest dogs taking treats that I have ever known. Ernie has attended doggie daycare for socialization, but he can also be a handful. He is crate trained and sleeps at night in a crate. Ernie has way more energy than I have and needs someone with time to devote to him. Ernie loves the outside and to run. Ernie deserves an owner who can give him what he deserves and with my schedule that’s not always an option.
