Meet Rex ! — a bright, confident, pup who’s ready to find his forever family! (REX currently lives with his foster family in Texas, He will be transported through Project Freedom Ride when he's adopted) Rex was the first male puppy to walk right up to his foster and ask for attention, and that bold, loving nature has stayed with him. He’s incredibly intelligent, always watching his foster for cues, and already knows sit and down. Among his brothers, Rex has naturally taken on the role of leader, guiding them with calm confidence. Sadly, Rex, his momma, and his siblings were left to fend for themselves on the streets of a small rural Texas town until a kind couple opened their home to keep them safe. Now Rex is growing into a wonderful young dog with so much love to give. If you’re looking for a smart, affectionate pup with a big heart and an even bigger future, Rex is your boy. Here is the adoption/inquiry form link (please copy and paste in your browser): https://form.jotform.com/241436494645160 Fun Facts about REX: * Estimated date of birth is 6-12-25 * Weighs about 58 lbs. at 6 months of age * Neutered and fully vaccinated * Mom is a German Shepherd/Husky mix and dad is a mystery…possibly part Doberman * Laid back personality, and leader of his male siblings * Does well with other dogs * Heartworm and Tick Fever negative and current on preventatives Videos of REX and RAVEN: https://youtube.com/shorts/0-M0tZOS2JM?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/Uhh5_mbPGDA?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/0QJ6vD8Uocs?feature=share …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. Meet Nova — the girl with the big presence! 🌟 (NOVA is currently living with her foster family in Texas. She will be transported through Project Freedom Ride when she is adopted) At just 6 months old and 44 lbs., Nova may be the smallest of her litter of five, but don’t let that fool you—she naturally steps into a leadership role among her siblings. She’s expected to be a medium-sized dog once fully grown. Nova is a little more reserved at first, but once she warms up, her sweet, gentle nature shines. Her shiny black coat paired with her rich mahogany markings makes her absolutely stunning. Nova, her momma, and her siblings were left to fend for themselves on the streets in a rural Texas town until a kind couple took them in and gave them safety and care. Now Nova is ready for her next chapter—a loving forever family to call her own. If you’re looking for a beautiful, smart, and tender-hearted companion, Nova may be your girl. 💕 Please complete an Adoption/inquiry form if you’d like to adopt Nova (copy and paste the link in your browser): https://form.jotform.com/241436494645160 Fun Facts about NOVA: * Estimated date of birth is 6-12-25 * Weighs about 38 lbs. at 6 months of age * Spayed and fully vaccinated * Mom is a German Shepherd/Husky mix and dad is a mystery…possibly part Doberman * Laid back personality, but does like to be in a leadership role with her siblings * Does okay with other dogs * Heartworm and Tick Fever negative and current on preventatives Videos of NOVA: https://youtu.be/13HCrwxqJcI https://youtube.com/shorts/sjtaCMwm_yQ?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/vdKKZahEsgQ?feature=share https://youtube.com/shorts/cAjAi_nRVwA?feature=share …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. Meet Buster – a sweet, not so graceful pup ! (Buster is currently living with his foster family in Texas, he will be transported through PFR when he is adopted) Buster is a handsome pup with a wonderfully laid-back personality. This sweet boy is a bit of a gentle goof—sometimes clumsy, always endearing—and he’s guaranteed to make you smile. He loves to wrestle and play with one of his brothers, but when it’s time to relax, Buster is happy to just hang out and soak up affection. Buster is currently working on his basic commands and is eager to learn with a patient, loving family. He, his momma, and siblings were left to fend for themselves on the streets of a small rural Texas town until a kind couple took them in and gave them safety and care. Now Buster is ready for a forever home where he can continue to grow, learn, and be loved. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing pup with a big heart and a silly side, Buster may be your perfect match. Story
Hello, this is Bourbon. She was a puppy rescue from "Bones to Beds". We have had her for the last 4 years, she will be turning 5 in March. She is a very shy cautious dog who is frightened by anything unknown. Due to this she has frequent anxiety and has been deemed a reactive dog. We've worked with professional dog trainers (Sit Means Sit) to help with this and it was very helpful for a few years. Bourbon listens to commands very well if she is in an environment with no distractions. An issue of resources guarding has developed in the last few years which we have been trying to mitigate. However we have (2) cats in the family and the guarding has now extend to them. We have been sent to the vet a number of times for injuries to the cats from Bourbon. The hard thing for us is Bourbon does not show signs of being aggressive until she explodes. We think she might have rage syndrome as she will wake from sleep in a frenzy. Otherwise she is a very cuddly loving girl, who loves scritches

Story
I got duke in december of last year. I originally got him as a playmate for my other dog (Apollo.) He is a fantastic dog who requires a huge amount of attention. I unfortunately don’t have the time to take care of him anymore since I started a new job. He is very playful all of the time. He has trouble meeting new people, he gets very excited and is very jumpy. He does well with other dogs, but he likes to play rough.

Story
Xena is the sweetest girl ever. She loves watching TV, cuddling, getting fresh air, and going on walks. She's not much of a toy dog, but if you give her a stuffed bear, she'll cuddle it like it's her baby. Xena has grown up around infants and children and has always been gentle with them. During COVID, she was a rockstar and helped her dog and cat friends receive love, comfort, and socialization while we fostered several animals from the shelter. Fun fact: Xena even lived with a baby pig named Bella for a while and shared a bed with her every night. Xena does have some anxiety, which she takes Prozac (fluoxetine) for. She will come with a few months' supply of her medication, as well as an extra month of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention (Simparica Trio). We adopted Xena from the Riverside Animal Shelter in California in September 2017. At the time, the shelter estimated she was about a year old, though they weren't certain.
