Story
Hi there, I'm Honey! Have you been dreaming of finding the most loyal, affectionate, loving, and playful companion ever? If so, then I'm your perfect match! I'm a silly and super sweet pup who loves belly rubs, ear scratches, and giving kisses! I was rescued from a heartbreaking situation; until being rescued by BFP, I was living in an apartment building's parking lot, tied up to a car 24/7. Despite going so long without the care and love I deserved, I'm making up for lost time now by making fast friends with every person I meet! My biggest wish is to find a forever home who will love me for the rest of my life-- oh, and my friend, Gucci, wants to come, too! Gucci and I were rescued from the same rough circumstances, but, he's just as sweet and cuddly as me. We are an adorable, joyous, and snuggly pair and we can't wait to find a family who will cherish us! Could that be you? 🏡 My Home’s Requirements: I'm looking for a home that can welcome both myself and the pup I am bonded to; Gucci! View my bonded fur friend here: https://new.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/BFP-A-62120 📍 My Location: LOS ANGELES, CA Please note: Third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. My correct and current location is the one listed above! Beagle Freedom Project facilitates out-of-state adoptions, provided the adopter can travel to the animal’s current location for pickup. If you’re interested in adopting me, please fill out an adoption application at https://bfp.org/adopt/ For questions, email the Beagle Freedom Project team at: adopt@bfp.org About Beagle Freedom Project: Beagle Freedom Project is the world’s leading organization for rescuing and rehoming animals used in experimental research. Story
This is Loki, he is a 3 year old german shepherd. He is a very smart, curious, energetic, confident boy. He loves playing tug of war and fetch. He knows basic commands; sit, down(or lay), stay, turn around, back up. He also knows to lay down and wait for your okay to go and eat when being fed. Overall he is a good boy but needs more space to run around and get out of the apartment scene. I have had Loki for a little while now and due to me moving i have to find him a new home or foster him, or else i will be forced with giving him to the pound, I am willing to discuss the adoption fee.

Story
Do you have an “empty nest”? Are you looking for some handsome boy companionship? Great news, your search is over! In addition to my very dapper good-boy looks, I am also an avid ball player and dignified goofball. You may be thinking how in the world I can posses such conflicting personality traits...well I am definitely very regal in my looks and initial demeanor...but once I let my hair down (the shed is real, am I right?) and create a bond with my person, I reveal my more quirky attributes! I love being outdoors; you could even say that I am easily amused. Whether it be playing fetch to my heart's desire or going for a long trail walk (I would probably make a pretty good jogging buddy too). If you have a boat with an empty seat, count me in because I LOVE to swim! Being a German Shepherd, I am one of the 'brighter crayons in the box'. In my free time I like to work with the staff and volunteers to brush up on my basic command skills. They are always telling me what a smart guy I am! Well...I assume that's what they are saying, judging by the treats they give me, I am doing good! Proper introductions to establish a trusting, positive, first impression is a must with me. I am an old fashioned kind of guy. I know I am irresistibly handsome, but I appreciate getting to know each other before getting all touchy-feely. Because of this, I would be happiest in a home without children (or other wondering hands). I do love affection and a good ear rub....but a mutual respect needs to be established first. I also want to be your only side-kick, I am not a social butterfly with other pets, I would much rather hangout with just my person. I have a pretty strong prey drive to keep the stray cat and pesky squirrels out of our yard too....A job I take very seriously. If you are in the market for a dashing side-kick to rid the yard of vermin, submit your adoption application at the website below to see if we are a match! D.O.B 3/30/17 For safety's sake, we are looking for homes with physical fenced in areas. Please fill out our online adoption survey at www.mackenzies.info/adopt/adoption-survey-application/
