Story
This precious German Shepherd mix is Maple . She can melt your heart with her soulful brown eyes. Maple is no lap dog, though. She loves to run and play with her friends, to play in the kiddie pool in the back yard. Mostly she just loves a dogs life. It's the best. She was recently returned to the rescue and she has been happily playing with new friends in boarding and getting lots of love, but a family and home really is the best. Maple can be a little shy and unsure at first, but given time and patience she soon learns that everything will be okay. Her adoption fee is $175

Story
Carter is a 11 month old Dutch Shepherd and Kelpie mix. He was found with his sister Carmen running the Tulsa streets and found himself on the euthanasia list with his sister Carmen. Carter weighs 32 pounds and loves people and other dogs. Carter and the foster kitty were not fans of each other so he would do best in a home without cats. Carter is very busy but is a little more reserved than his sister Carmen. He loves small children and has done so well around them. He is doing well on housetraining, and any accident he has had is no fault of his own. The foster lives in an upstairs apartment and works chaotic hours so sometimes he has to hold it in for longer than he should. She places puppy pads around the apartment which he uses every time so I think with easier access to a yard he is easily housebroken. Carter loves toys and loves his ball the most as of recently. He carries it in his mouth everywhere he goes and will bring it to bed with him. Carter would do best with someone with an active lifestyle because he is still a puppy. Carter is also crate trained and sleeps in a crate at night. The foster feels he would also love to sleep in bed if someone is set up for that!  If you are interested in Carter, please visit our website at www.carerescueok.org! ##1941513##
