Story
Willa is a confident and independent girl looking for her forever home! She came into our shelter as a stray but ready to settle down with a loving family.Willa is a calm and easygoing dog who enjoys being near people without being overly clingy. She may not be the most food-motivated pup, but she knows her basics, including "sit," and walks nicely on a leash. Her independent streak makes her a great companion for someone who enjoys a dog that's comfortable doing her own thing but still loves being nearby.

Story
Introducing Mordecai, a 1-year-old German Shepherd Mix who arrived at the shelter as a stray. This shy pup has been feeling stressed in the bustling shelter environment, but with time and patience, he relaxes. Mordecai has started to trust us, wagging his tail and enjoying gentle pets. Winning Mordecai's heart requires a slow and steady approach, and a patient owner should allow him to adjust to his new home at his own pace.Mordecai is neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. He's ready for a loving, patient family who will give him the time and space he needs to feel safe and secure. If you're looking for a loyal and gentle companion, Mordecai may be the perfect match. If you have other dogs in your home, we would be happy to arrange a meet and greet with your dog(s) to make sure everyone gets along.

Story
Hello, I'm Aurora, a stunning 3-year-old German Shepherd with a heart as beautiful as my coat! I was found as a stray, so my new friends at the shelter are still getting to know me, but I've already shown what a lovely and affectionate girl I am.Food is a great way to win my heart-I'm always eager to learn and respond to treats with excitement. I've mastered a few commands like sit, down, and shake, and I enjoy the attention and pets I receive. When you offer me a scratch or a treat, I'll lean into it and show you just how much I appreciate it!

Story
Aurora is a very sweet and loving girl. She is goofy and loves to play. She needs a home where its organized as she is blind. She doesn't let that stop her or hinder her in any way. She does bark at new surroundings and people because of her blindness. She is house and kennel trained, spayed and up to date on all of her shots and does well on walks. Her previous owner needed help to take care of her because she became homeless. We've been fostering her for about 5 month's. I've become very attached to her and will be sad to say goodbye but I need to find her the right home. She's about 4 years old and at times still acts like a puppy. She's great with kids and cat's and dog's especially if they like to play.

Story
Say hello to Junior!  He is incredibly sweet and smart.  This adorable boy can be a little shy at first, but once he opens up you will feel all the love he has to give.  Junior has learned a few tricks and if you have a yummy treat he will be glad to show them to you.  Our adorable boy is also crate traned (not his favorite place as he loves to be part of the action, but will sleep very well in it).  This smart boy is also leash train and does very well in the car.  He will be an incredible fit for any family.    Why adopt from Texas? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future. An opportunity to be loved and cared for by good and loving families. There is a reason why we make the trip to your area every two weeks. You are worth the drive. We have AMAZING adopters and we need more like them.We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled to keep everyone safe. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with local foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier. Our transport company leaves Houston every 2 weeks for Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Canada (Canadian adopters will meet us in Bellingham, WA). We will book your baby as soon as adoption & transport fees have been received.   Our adoption fee includes transport and a Health Certificate from a local vet to certify your new pet is clear to travel accross state lines. If you have fallen madly in love and would like to make this baby part of your family, then go to www.springbranchrescue.org ##1451332##
