This is a hard post to make because Bailey is such a sweet girl, and we truly want what is best for her. We are looking for a loving, forever home for our 2-year-old German Shepherd, Bailey.Bailey is a medium-energy girl who loves going on walks, playing with her family, and getting attention. She is great with kids and does very well with other dogs. She currently lives with another dog, and the two of them love to play together. 🐕🐕When Bailey first meets someone, she can be a little shy, but once she gets comfortable, she is friendly and loving. ❤️The only reason we are looking to rehome Bailey is that she is not good with cats. Because of this, we believe she would be happiest in a home without cats where she can relax and be her happy, playful self.We aren't looking to simply find her a new place—we want to find the right family for Bailey, one that will love her, care for her, and make her a part of the family. 🏡❤️

Story
Meela is a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix. I’ve had her since she was a puppy, and rehoming her is a difficult decision. I had to temporarily move into an apartment while waiting for a house, but it has taken much longer than expected and I’m unsure when I’ll be able to move. Apartment life is no longer a good fit for her, and she deserves more room to run, play, and be happy. Meela is sweet, affectionate, energetic, house trained and crate trained. She loves people, attention, playing and being outside. She has grown up with children and is generally dog friendly, but must be fed separately from other animals due to food guarding. She should not live with cats because she will chase them. She also has some anxiety, especially with car rides. She is NOT an outside only dog. She can spend the day in a fenced yard or dog lot in appropriate weather, but comes inside at night and has never stayed outside overnight. I want a loving, permanent home for her.
