Rehoming due to relocating to another town. Looking for someone in CA, willing to drive. I have a GSP mix male (neutered) who just turned 2 this past November. Dad was purebred GSP, mom was mutt from pound. My husband unfortunately was part of a mass company layout (the oilfield he worked for for the last 10 years was bought out by another company and they let go 80% of the company). With that we are having to relocated to the Bay for a new job, we will have to be renting and unfortunately we can only take one with us with my ESA letter so we are taking our senior German shepherd to prevent him from ending up in a pound. My GSP mix is high energy and loves to run and play. He loves to play with the other dogs as well and is great with our kids. He does chase cats & other small creatures because of his DNA but it’s just a game of chase. He never “catches” them or attacks. At 11 months old, he is a showstopper. He combines the stunning "blocky head" and soulful eyes of a Great Dane with the athletic build of a Pointer. He offers the best of both worlds! True to his name, he is a total "Bear" who leans his whole body into you for hugs and loves to cuddle. But he is also a young athlete who loves to run and play. He is ready for adventures and movie nights. Crate Trained and Dog Friendly: Sleeps quietly through the night and currently lives with a pack of dogs (small and large) playing well. A "Mini Great Dane" package. Handsome black & white coat with a noble expression. Training: He is smart and food-motivated! He is still a puppy, so he needs a leader to continue his basic manners. Stats: Neutered, Vaccinated, Chipped. He is untested w/ kids or cats.
