Story
GLO (#41357) - Female. Around 2 years old and 36 pounds. We suggest slow and proper introductions with other dogs. Would prefer to go to a cat-free home. Meets recommended with children - we suggest older kids (meets required with kids under the age of 5). Appears to be a pointer-hound mix. Arrived in very poor condition but is resilient. Wild child but SO sweet. Loves any and all attention. Takes treats nicely and knows ‘sit’. Would benefit from basic training. Seems to have a prey drive. High energy and needs an active home. No appointments needed unless previously stated. Tuesday - Friday: 12-6 pm and Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm. Meets now recommended (not required) with other dogs and children unless otherwise stated. All dogs will come vaccinated (age appropriate), spayed or neutered, heartworm tested, and microchipped. For questions, please message us at Facebook.com/adoptgcac.

Story
Toffee is a 3.5–4-month-old, 20lb puppy, who’s all legs, sweetness, and curiosity. She’s a fun, gentle girl with a naturally shy side, but her confidence grows more each day as she learns about the world around her. She’s currently thriving in a busy foster home with two female resident dogs, three cats, and two teenagers ... she’s handling the everyday chaos beautifully. Toffee is doing great with both house-training and crate-training, and she absolutely loves playing with other dogs. Because Toffee takes cues from confident pups, she will do best in a home with a friendly, well-adjusted dog companion who can help show her the ropes. She’s still learning polite manners with cats (she’s more playful than they prefer), but she’s eager to please and making steady progress with guidance. Toffee is a loving, thoughtful puppy who will blossom in a patient home that can continue building her confidence and helping her shine. Fostered in Evans, GA Available for adoption throughout much of the U.S. via our transport program Adoption Inquiry Form (copy and paste into browser) https://form.jotform.com/211295763938164
