Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hey there! My name is Kyle and I grew up with a family that had another lab, 2 cats and 4 kiddos. I got excited one day recently and bolted out of the invisible fence of my yard and ended up with some new kind people that let me hang out at their place of work until a foster came to scoop me up and look for my family. When they found them they had to make a hard decision and chose not to keep me. I’m young, full of energy and had some health issues that would have made it hard for them to afford. They chose to find a new home for me and so here I am. I am a little over 2 years old, I am a German short hair pointer/Labrador retriever mix. I love to run and play as my breed tends to have a lot of energy. I do not jump up much unless I’m really excited and love to lean in and get snuggles from my humans whenever possible. I love balls and tug of war and can play for hours! I bark when I want to play ball or get really excited. I’m used to being with my people so sometimes it’s hard to see them go. I am house trained but not crate trained. I do well with cats that don’t run and are used to dogs like me. I’m good with kids and all adults and other dogs. I just want to be friends with anyone I meet. I could be a good hunting dog as well, with a little more training. I know sit, drop and here. I am working on others and may need a little reinforcement on some of the ones I know already. Overall I’m a sweet boy who has been sad about losing my previous family and hope my next family will love me for all I am and can be with a lot of love and patience.  Kyle is a local owner surrender. Story
Location: Blaine, MN Lincoln is a very sweet, calm girl that loves to cuddle. She is respectful of other dogs space and takes cues easily. Lincoln plays nicely with her three furfriends that are all under 30 lbs. She has also played with a large German Shephard and had no issues. She loves all dogs, humans and even cats! She currently lives with two and pays no mind to them. Lincoln follows me around the house and outside as well. Her potty training is going well on a schedule and she is fine in a kennel when we leave home. I do work from home and she often can be found sleeping in her pillow right behind me. We have not heard her bark yet and her leash walking is improving. She is very treat motivated and learned how to sit quickly. Lincoln would love another furfriend in the home to help her learn the ropes of this big new world. She rides well in a car and just lays down and sleeps. Lincoln will be a great buddy for children too as she is not mouthy and does not jump or play rough. If you wish to meet your new best fur-friend, please fill-out an application. ------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
Oakley was left with us after helping her humans get on there feet. They were not able to take Oakley with them. Oakley has been with us now for about 2 months. Oakley is very sweet loves to cuddle, play and run. She is eager to please and quick to learn. She has a super gentle mouth. Our desire would be to see her learn to hunt, have space to run and someone to cuddle with her daily. We do not have the time to train this pup in the manner she needs. We are hoping to find someone who would.
