Story
Angel is a 2-year-old, 7-pound white and cream Pomeranian with a soft, gentle personality and an easygoing nature. She can be a little timid when meeting new people, but she settles in quickly and forms trusting bonds with those around her. Angel is a quiet, low-drama girl who enjoys the comforts of home and appreciates a predictable routine. She is kennel trained, pee pad trained, and is currently learning to potty outside as well. She doesn't particularly love wearing a harness or leash, but she tolerates them and continues to make progress with gentle encouragement. She rides beautifully in the car and has an overall calm demeanor that makes her very easy to live with. Angel is the type of companion who doesn't ask for much—just a loving home, a cozy place to nap, and someone to cherish her. Angel has a Grade 2/6 heart murmur that is not currently causing her any problems. It does not require medication or treatment at this time and simply should be monitored during routine veterinary visits. She has no patellar issues and is fully vetted, including a full exam, spay, dental, vaccinations, deworming, fecal testing, and she is current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Angel is located in College Station, TX, and her adoption fee is $650. Apply to adopt at www.tpsrescue.com

Story
Ava is a 4-year-old, 14-pound black and tan Pomeranian with a gorgeous full coat, a calm personality, and enough fluff to make her look even bigger than she already is. While many Pomeranians are tiny, Ava is a sturdier girl who brings a little extra Pom to love. She has a sweet, easygoing nature and is the kind of dog who settles into a home without any fuss. Ava enjoys the company of other dogs and gets along well with everyone she meets. She’s never pushy or demanding, just happy to be nearby and included in whatever is going on. Ava loves being close to her people. If you're working, she'll quietly settle under your desk and keep you company throughout the day. In the evenings, she patiently waits for help getting onto the couch so she can curl up beside you and relax. She confidently uses a doggie door, enjoys lounging in her favorite cozy spots, and has excellent house manners. Ava also does well with grooming and brushing, happily standing still and enjoying the extra attention. Ava has luxating patellas in both knees, Grade 4 on the left and Grade 3 on the right. Despite this, she gets around well and enjoys her normal daily activities. Her knees will simply need ongoing monitoring with a veterinarian. Ava is fully vetted, including a full exam, spay, dental, vaccinations, deworming, and fecal testing. She is current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Ava is located in Bryan, TX, and her adoption fee is $650. Apply to adopt at www.tpsrescue.com

Story
Milo is a 2-year-old, 10-pound black and white Pomeranian with a big personality and a lot of energy to match. He’s a handsome, active little guy who thrives on attention and loves being close to his person. Milo was surrendered to rescue because his previous owner worked full time and couldn’t keep up with his energy level. He does best when he has plenty of interaction, activity, and structure throughout the day. He is very people-focused and enjoys cuddling on the couch once he’s had a chance to burn off some energy. He gets along with other dogs, though he’s still figuring out how to play appropriately. When he gets excited or anxious, he can bark and pace in circles, which can be confusing for other dogs. He has recently started on Prozac to help manage his anxiety, and we are already working on helping him feel more relaxed and settled. Milo is very food motivated, loves treats, and will benefit from continued guidance, routine, and positive outlets for both his physical and mental energy. With the right home, he has a wonderful, loving personality that really shines. Milo is fully vetted, including a full exam, neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and he is heartworm negative and current on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Milo is located in Baytown, TX, and his adoption fee is $650. Apply to adopt at www.tpsrescue.com
