Story
I lived with my original single owner in Portland until he became ill, and I was eventually put up for adoption through the National GWP Rescue in September of 2025. Since September I have improved my new owner’s fitness through daily (power) walks, jogging, running, or bikejoring (I would make an awesome sled dog). After my morning workout, I snarf down breakfast and then settle in to nap (preferably on or near my owner’s feet) for most of the day 😏. I can tolerate being alone if I am in my crate and we have a predicable routine established. I have a strong prey drive and love to hunt squirrels and cats. I prefer to stay away from other dogs and will react strongly if they invade my bubble. Although I can become sad and distraught if left alone too much, I am a big lovable goof who just wants to be near with his people more than my current single owner can be. Suggested rehoming fee will go to NGWP Rescue, and Bruno’s home and travel crates are included.

These pups are in Springfield, Oregon too!

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.
