Story
Meet Aru   Name: Aru Age: 3 months Sex: Female Spayed: No (too young) Breed: Husky × Jindo mix Color: Black & White Weight: 4.9 kg Height: 30 cm (shoulder)   Rescue Story   Aru was born as one of six puppies to a Husky-mix mother who was living as a yard dog in Korea. She has now been safely moved into foster care, where she is receiving her vaccinations and getting ready for her forever home   With People   Aru is very affectionate and friendly. She happily approaches both familiar and unfamiliar people, rubs against them, and enjoys being petted. She loves both men and women and is especially great with children under 13. She enjoys being picked up and carried, and often rolls over to show her belly when she’s playing.   With Other Dogs   Aru is very social and loves other dogs of all sizes. She eagerly approaches both familiar and unfamiliar dogs to say hello and invite them to play. Sometimes she can be a little too enthusiastic and doesn’t always realize when another dog needs space, especially with bigger dogs — she is currently living with a large dog and is so fearless that she sometimes gets corrected for being too bold. Overall, she loves dogs and plays well with them.   With Cats   She has not been officially tested with cats yet, but because she is playful and curious, she could do well with a cat who is comfortable with dogs.   Energy Level   Aru has a moderate energy level. She enjoys outdoor activities, but after playtime or walks, she settles nicely and rests calmly.   Leash & Walking   She has just started leash training and is still learning. Right now, she tends to pull and go in the direction she wants, so she will need continued practice and guidance.   At Home   When Aru first arrived, she cried for about a week while adjusting to her new environment, but she is now settled and no longer cries. She may bark when she gets over-excited while playing with other dogs or when she doesn’t get what she wants right away.   She still whines a bit in her crate but eventually falls asleep. If she wakes up and wants to come out, she may cry again. When left alone, she usually just sleeps and can also entertain herself with toys.   She is currently doing both indoor pee-pad potty and outdoor potty training and has been left alone for up to 3–4 hours without issues.   What Makes Aru Special   Aru is a happy, playful, loving puppy who enjoys people, dogs, and life in general. She would do wonderfully in a home that can continue her training, give her regular outdoor time, and let her grow into the confident, joyful dog she’s meant to be Apply to adopt or foster: https://adoptmekr.org  Please also visit our Facebook or Instagram. Story
Quick Facts  Name: Ilbok Age: 2 years old (Born January 2023) Gender: Male Neutered/Sprayed: Yes Breed: Golden Retriever Mix Color: Beige Current Weight: 18 kg My Personality Hey there! I'm Ilbok, a fun-loving and affectionate boy who can't wait to find a family to share all my love with. I may be a little cautious at first, but once I trust you, I’ll show you just how sweet and friendly I can be! I adore people and am always excited to say hello. I’ll happily approach new faces and let you give me all the attention I crave. If you call me, I'll come running—I'm all about making connections! Although I’m friendly with humans, I do take a little time to warm up to other dogs. I can be a bit guarded initially, especially if another dog gets too close too fast, so it’s important to give me the space I need when meeting new pups. I’m just being cautious, but once I get to know you, I’m a great companion. I’ve got a heart full of potential and am ready to build friendships with the right dog pals. On My Walks Oh, how I love my walks! There’s nothing better than getting outside, feeling the breeze, and sniffing all the new scents in the world. I do like to pull on the leash a bit because I’m just so excited to explore! I’ll stop and sniff along the way, and if I see something exciting, I’ll want to check it out. But don’t worry, with a little training, I’ll get better at walking with you calmly by my side. I love the outdoors, and I promise we’ll have lots of fun together—whether it’s a stroll or a more energetic walk. Life At Home When I’m home, I’m the best companion you could ask for. I’m a curious boy who loves being around people, so I’ll probably follow you around, always wanting to know what’s going on. I’m very affectionate and enjoy being petted and loved. I’m also quite adaptable. I do my business indoor and outdoor. I might mark in new enviroment. I’m pretty well-behaved, and while I may show some excitement before meals or walks, I promise it’s just because I’m eager to have a good time with you. I don’t guard my food around people but with other dogs I am still learning. I’m still working on some manners, but I’m a fast learner and I know I’ll do great in a home that gives me the right guidance. My Ideal Home I’m looking for a loving, active family who will appreciate my playful energy and my affectionate nature. Here’s what I’d love in my forever home: Active Adventures: I’d love to be part of a family who enjoys outdoor activities. Whether it’s a long walk, a fun hike, or some playtime in the yard, I’m ready for action! Patience & Guidance: I’m still growing and learning, and I’d thrive in a home where I can continue developing my skills and building my confidence with positive reinforcement. Companionship: I’m social and love being around people, so I’d prefer a home where I’m not left alone for long periods. I thrive when I’m part of the family. Dog-Free: I’d do best as the only dog in the home. Last Message If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who will always be excited to share his love and enjoy the world with you, I might be your perfect match! Story
Quick Facts Name: StellaAge: 2.5 years old (born May 2022)Gender: FemaleNeutered: YesBreed: HuskyColour: White & BlackWeight: 25 kg approximate    My Story I’m Stella, a brave and loving Siberian Husky with a heart full of courage and a spirit that shines brighter than ever. Let me tell you my story!I’m a beautiful black-and-white Husky, weighing about 25 kg (55 lbs). My journey began in a breeding facility where I endured tough conditions before being rescued from a local shelter. Along the way, I faced some challenges, including glaucoma, which led to the removal of my eyes. But don’t let that fool you—I navigate the world with confidence, relying on my other senses and my incredible memory to thrive. Thanks to loving volunteers, I’ve blossomed into a happy, affectionate pup who’s ready to find her forever home.    My Personality I’m a friendly and affectionate girl who loves people. While I had a rough start and was wary of humans initially, I’ve completely opened up and now adore spending time with those who care for me. I’m full of energy, playful, and love to show off my sweet and goofy side. I might get startled if someone touches my face unexpectedly, but with gentle guidance, I quickly regain my trust and composure. Once I know you’re my person, I’ll remember you forever—my loyalty knows no bounds.    My Social Side I’m great with people and enjoy meeting new friends, both human and canine. While I’m happy to share my space and food with people, I might give a little growl if another dog approaches my food bowl—it’s just my way of setting boundaries. I rarely bark, and my calm demeanor makes me a great companion. I’ve adjusted well to life without sight and navigate social situations with ease, relying on my incredible memory and intuition.    Energy and Activities I have a moderate to high energy level typical of Huskies, so I love getting outside for walks and playtime. Despite my blindness, I walk beautifully on a leash and enjoy exploring the world around me with my human. At home, I settle down nicely after some activity and enjoy quiet time by your side. I’m house-trained, comfortable with both outdoor potty routines and indoor pads, making me adaptable to various living arrangements.   Special Notes I’m a resilient, affectionate dog who’s overcome challenges with grace and a wagging tail. My unique journey has only made me stronger and more loving. I don’t let my blindness slow me down—I’m still as playful, active, and joyful as any other dog. With my incredible memory and bond with people, I’ll be your most loyal companion. I might need a bit of extra understanding, but I’ll reward you with endless love, cuddles, and unforgettable moments!   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here!Stella's Playlist ##2458332##
