Story
Hi! This is good boy Teddy! We rescued him from a shelter in Sonoma, CA. He was born in May of 2025 and we rescued him in August. He was one of five puppies, and out of all the bunch he was the sweetest and the most chill. The personnel told us he was an Australian Shepherd so he would be medium sized. And as time passed we feel he was a German instead. Either way, this wasnt our first dog, just our first obstacle with management. Hes very loving and loves to check in on his 10 year old sister and 8 year old brother all the time. Always looking for every member of the pack. We walk him in our community and everyone was surprised with how much he grew but everyone is comfortable with him and him being around their smaller dogs and no concern for cats constantly walking around. He loves the beach and parks with big open fields for some playing catch. Mainly running with the kids; exercise. Its sad for us but we know this can have a happy ending for Teddy overall. His soul deserves it.

Story
Meet our 2 year old Golden Retriever, Koa!. He's the most fun, energetic and enthusiastic dog you'll ever meet. We have the privilege of having him be a part of our family 2 years ago from a friend who was transitioning out of the state for his job and they just so happened to have a dozen of newly born mixed Golden Doodle/Retriever! He immediately caught our attention by his calm and sweet demeanor and we knew back then he was the right dog for our family. He require's lots of love and mental stimulation, he loves going for walks and truly is an awesome companion for someone who has the time and experience working and living with a Golden Retriever. Koa is a quick learner and love's to play outside ,play fetch and just be running around the field. Unfortunately due to our current living situation life calls for a new home for our dog. It's a bittersweet transition but we know he deserves more! If you're an experience dog owner that have worked with dogs like Koa please DM us.

Story
This is Leo. He’s a field golden retriever. No paperwork. He’s healthy birthday 8/6/24. He’s very sweet and needs to be with someone constantly. Has a lot of energy. He’s good with other dogs and children. He’s not good with cats. I have a cat and he constantly chases him and tries to catch him. He’s never attacked the cat viciously when he’s cornered the cat. He just loves chasing cats even outdoor cats he’s come across. I’m looking for a home that has the time to take him for runs/walks. Also someone who is familiar with retrievers and knows how to train. He’s smart and knows how to sit and lay down but due to my lack of time and knowledge he’s not getting the training or stimulation he needs. Extra bonus if you live on a a big plot of land and can train him to hunt birds. One thing after taking him to the vet for a check up. He has a bit of intestinal inflammation if he eats beef or deer. I’ve been feeding him freeze dried food of chicken and turkey and he’s fine.

Eliana is appx 2 yrs old, weights about 40lbs and shes a mini golden! Very sweet girl but a bit shy to start. She would need another fur sibling at home to help her settle in more quickly. Shes vaccinated, microchipped and spayed! She does well with other dogs and shes sweet with people of all ages.
